It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and holds a 4.6/5 rating across 244 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests consistent client experience. Pricing is presented at the $$ tier; confirm the exact placement fee and all bundled versus separately billed items directly with the agency before proceeding.
When approaching Nur Employment Agency Pte Ltd, it helps to clarify upfront whether you are looking for a new-hire helper or a transfer helper, as placement fees differ — new-hire placements typically run S$1,500–3,500 and transfer placements S$500–1,500 in the Singapore market. You will also want to discuss source-country preferences (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka are common options), the helper's expected monthly salary (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the monthly MOM levy applicable to your household — S$300 standard, or the concessionary rate of S$60 if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Confirm what is bundled into the agency fee: mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, the pre-deployment medical examination, and Work Permit application are standard inclusions at reputable agencies, but verify this in writing. Ask about the replacement guarantee window and the process should the placement not work out, including early-termination obligations such as repatriation costs and Work Permit cancellation.

I had a wonderful experience with Nur EA agency from start to finish. Special thanks to Erra, She is professional, patient, and very responsive to all of our questions. Erra took the time to understand my family’s needs and recommended a helper who matches our requirements well. What truly impressed me was their SUPER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN, which made the entire hiring process much more manageable and stress-free for us. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no hidden surprises. The process was smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated. They also provided helpful guidance on documentation and settling in arrangements. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive maid agency. Thank you for the excellent service!
I had a really great experience with Nur Agency. From day one, Kak Nani and her team were incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me through every step of the helper process from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and they handled the whole process smoothly and in such a stress-free way. It was all settled nicely without any hassle. Their flexible payment plan made everything so convenient, and they were always quick to assist and explain things clearly. Our domestic helper has been performing well Highly recommended. Thank you so much, Kak Nani and the Nur Agency team ❤️
From my personal experience, this agency has been one of the most disappointing service providers I have ever engaged. The helper assigned to me was, unfortunately, not competent for the responsibilities required. Several household items were damaged, my child was left unsupervised, and even my cat ended up outside the house due to lack of attention. Despite reporting these issues promptly, the agency addressed the matter only once before becoming unresponsive. After that, I was essentially left to manage every problem on my own with little to no support. The most frustrating part is that the agency was extremely attentive at the beginning—right up until payment was made. After that, the level of service declined sharply. As the saying goes, “the quality of service you receive reflects the standards they uphold,” and sadly, that perfectly describes the level of support and professionalism I encountered. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before engaging this agency.
I’m really impressed with Nur EA Agency! They are extremely efficient in the way they handle everything. The maid I got through them is very good, hardworking, and diligent with all the daily home routines. Special thanks to Erra, the admin who assisted me with all the documents.she is very reliable and I truly salute her efficiency. Thumbs up to the whole team! Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other agencies, super affordable, and worth every cent. I would definitely recommend Nur EA Agency to anyone (including my clients) who needs a maid. They are simply the best!
Let me start of by saying that Shima is wonderful. She’s an angel! She helped me with a chaotic FDW and replaced it with someone who is sincere in working. The process was seamless and hassle-free. This is an attribute which not all agency/ agent is able to provide. Kudos Shima! I’m beyond grateful for what she has done.

Placement fees at maid agencies in Singapore typically run S$1,500–3,500 for a new-hire helper and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper already in Singapore. Contact Nur Employment Agency Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific fee structure and what is included. Beyond the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy — S$300 at the standard rate, or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Ask what is bundled — mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application are commonly included but should be confirmed in writing. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. Note that Nur Employment Agency Pte Ltd's EA Licence does not appear in the data currently held by KakiList — verify this directly on the MOM EA directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have stronger compliance and complaint-handling records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the helper absconds or the agency closes, and can void your FDW insurance. Confirming licence status takes under a minute on the MOM portal and is the single most important step before engaging any agency. Verify the MOM EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Most reputable agencies in Singapore offer a replacement window of around six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or two replacements included in the original placement fee. Confirm with Nur Employment Agency Pte Ltd exactly how long the guarantee runs, how many replacements are covered, and what circumstances void it — the distinction between a documented skills or personality mismatch and straightforward buyer's remorse matters here. Also clarify the early-termination process should the placement break down outside the guarantee window. The household is responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, refund of unused MOM levy, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork in such cases. Understanding these costs in advance helps you budget and assess the true risk of a placement that does not work out.
