About OE TCM Clinic

About OE TCM Clinic

OE TCM Clinic is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice located at Far East Plaza on Scotts Road, offering TCM services islandwide. The clinic has been listed and verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.7-star rating across 183 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of patient satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$).

Patients typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe their condition or wellness goal and arrange an initial consultation. At the first appointment, the practitioner will conduct a TCM assessment — taking pulse, examining the tongue, and reviewing the patient's health history — before recommending a treatment plan that may include acupuncture, herbal prescription, tui na, or a combination. Patients should note any medications or supplements they are currently taking, as these may affect herb interactions. Subsequent sessions are usually scheduled at regular intervals depending on the condition being addressed, and the practitioner will advise whether a package or pay-per-session arrangement better suits the treatment course.

To take the next step, contact OE TCM Clinic directly via WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and book an initial consultation at Far East Plaza.

I visit Dr Wang since she started Enok years ago! She is kind, attentive to what my body requires and care for me. 💕 I have different types of eczema - both hands to whole body depending what food, health condition or environment that trigger it to happen. Also, whenever I am unwell with flu (fever, sore throat or cough etc), her medication always put me at ease. She ensure it made me feel better quickly and cured me. 💕 It is my blessing to know you Dr Wang!! ❤️🥹 Recently, 2 September 2025, I lost my voice entirely and felt tight at my throat area and phlegm stuck in lungs area (inflammation). All thanks to Dr Wang again for relieving my symptoms and my voice was back with a week of medicine. 💕

Very grateful for Dr Esther Wang's help! I have been on steroids / immunosuppressant creams for eczema my whole life and I wanted to stop using them, so I came to her. You definitely don't get better overnight, and there were periods where my condition became worse, but I eventually saw great progress within 5 months :-) While there are some lifestyle changes that I need to get used to, I personally think it is worth it if I don't have to suffer with eczema anymore. Always grateful!

I consulted Dr Esther at Enok TCM for my eczema and acne issues, and this is my first time taking TCM medication. I’ve been on the medicine for over a month now and I can see gradual improvement. TCM definitely takes time, but with the right diagnosis, the results are worth it.Dr Esther is very experienced and explains things clearly. She doesn’t just prescribe medicine ,she also gives practical advice on diet and lifestyle changes, which is quite different from the Western approach and honestly makes more sense for long-term skin issues. If you’re dealing with eczema, acne, or other skin problems and want a more holistic, root-cause approach, Enok TCM and Dr Esther are a solid choice. No quick fixes, but real progress..It requires patience and consistency, but the approach feels sustainable. I would recommend Dr Esther to anyone looking for a natural and long-term solution for skin problems

The physician is very experienced in diagnosing my skin problem. She advocated lifestyle changes and better food choices to address the root cause of the skin problem. She explained my situation well and upfront with the fact that it takes time to correct the root problem. I left with a better understanding of my own issue, why I have it and how to address the root cause of it. Her approach to healing has impressed me since. Thank you 🙏

Exceptional Care from Dr. Wang – Highly Recommend! My wife and I are so grateful to Dr. Wang for her outstanding care. She treated both of us for persistent coughs, and after just three courses of her herbal medicine treatments, we felt completely better. Dr. Wang is incredibly patient, attentive, and thorough in her diagnosis—she takes the time to understand each patient’s needs. Beyond curing our coughs, she also helped with my chronic back pain and adjusted our overall physical condition. To our joy, my wife even became pregnant after her treatments, which we believe was greatly supported by Dr. Wang’s expertise in balancing the body. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective TCM treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does OE TCM Clinic charge per session?

OE TCM Clinic is priced in the mid-range ($$). For context, a standard TCM consultation in Singapore typically runs S$30–80, with acupuncture sessions at S$50–120 and herbal prescriptions billed separately at S$20–60 per course depending on the formula. Package pricing is common for ongoing treatment plans and usually offers a modest saving over pay-per-session rates. Confirm the exact per-session fee, what is included in the consultation charge, and whether herbal prescriptions are bundled or billed on top before your first visit. Ask about the cancellation or no-show policy, as many TCM clinics apply a forfeiture for late cancellations on package sessions. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment before seeing OE TCM Clinic?

No formal referral is required to book a TCM consultation at OE TCM Clinic. The first visit typically begins with a structured intake — pulse reading, tongue examination, and a review of your presenting complaint, medical history, and any existing medications or supplements. Patients with complex or chronic conditions should inform the practitioner of any ongoing Western medical treatment, as some herbal formulas interact with pharmaceutical drugs. If you intend to claim treatment costs through an insurer or Medisave (which covers acupuncture under specific conditions at registered clinics), check your policy requirements in advance, as some insurers require a GP referral letter or restrict reimbursement to accredited practitioners. Bringing a summary of any relevant specialist reports or blood results can help the practitioner tailor the initial assessment.

Is the practitioner at OE TCM Clinic licensed?

TCM practitioners in Singapore are regulated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registered practitioners must hold a recognised TCM degree and pass the Singapore TCM Practitioners Licensing Examination before they may practise legally. The TCMPB maintains a public register of all licensed TCM practitioners and acupuncturists at the MOH website, which anyone can search by name or registration number. Before or at your first appointment, ask for the consulting practitioner's full name and TCMPB registration number, then verify it on the public register. Note that OE TCM Clinic does not currently list regulatory licences on its KakiList profile — confirming practitioner registration directly with the clinic is therefore an important step before commencing treatment.
