About On Point Physiotherapy
On Point Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic located at Novena Regency on Thomson Road, serving clients islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active operations and contact channels. On Google, the clinic holds a 4.8 out of 5 across 155 reviews — a robust sample that carries meaningful weight.
Clients typically begin with a first consultation during which the physiotherapist takes a full history, assesses movement, strength, and pain patterns, and establishes a working diagnosis. From there, a treatment plan is agreed — this may involve manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, or other modalities depending on the presenting condition. Sessions can be booked as individual visits or as a package for conditions requiring ongoing rehabilitation. It is worth clarifying the cancellation and rescheduling policy before committing, as physiotherapy courses often span several weeks.
To book an initial assessment, contact On Point Physiotherapy directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form. Bringing any imaging reports, specialist referral letters, or prior physiotherapy notes to the first session will help the therapist build an accurate picture from the outset.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I have been under the care of Jonathan for left foot chopart injury since Sep 2025. He is a very nice & professional physiotherapist. My leg was initially very pain & swollen. I am thankful that I am not required to go for surgery. With the help of personalise treatment plans using ultrasound, heat therapy & exercises, i have now recovered and able to walk normally. The service staff is also very helfpul as making appointment is so hassle free and an easy process. Thanks for taking care of me during this recovery journey! Strongly recommend Jonathan for those who need help in physio as the experience is so different from visiting those in restructured hosp.
Being relatively active, I thought I had done all I could to stay healthy and nimble, and I never imagined needing surgery or physiotherapy. But mishaps happen, and recovery soon became my main focus. When I visited On Point, I was hoping to find someone who could guide me through my recovery. Jonathan has certainly been that person. I was looking for a therapist who could provide personalized advice and help me regain my strength and mobility. Knowing that consistency is key, I wanted my physiotherapy sessions to be something I looked forward to — and they have been. After attending weekly sessions at On Point for five months, I’m glad to say I can continue living my regular lifestyle, enjoy the sports I love, and even travel overseas for holidays. Finding a therapist who genuinely supports me in my recovery has been truly invaluable.
Jonathan at On Point Physiotherapy is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, very direct, and brings a great sense of humor to every session. In just a short time, he improved my shoulder pain from a partially torn rotator cuff far beyond what I thought possible. Highly recommended!
I started my sessions in June for a grade 3 PCL tear and was recommended to On Point Therapy. As it was my first time going for physiotherapy, I didn’t know what to expect, but the team patiently guided me through the dos and don’ts and prepared me for the road to recovery. The no-frills clinic is well equipped with technology such as ultrasound and radio frequency machine that really sped up my recovery & eased the pain around my knee. Physio Jonathan also took time to understand what were the equipment accessible to me outside of physio sessions so i could also strengthen up before the next visit. This meant that we could adjust the intensity of the activity & weights accordingly every session for a more personalised treatment plan. After experiencing a misdiagnosis and treatment plans that made my injury worse, im very cautious about my care - and it makes me extra grateful to have found a clinic I can trust with my recovery.
I had ankle ligament surgery and did my rehab with Jonathan from On Point Physiotherapy. He made the whole recovery process much smoother and more reassuring than I expected. Jonathan used a range of treatments—including ultrasound, acupuncture, and advanced therapy—to help reduce swelling and manage pain early on. Thanks to his approach, I was able to start walking again sooner than I thought possible. His strength training sessions were also well-targeted, helping me regain balance, stability, and confidence in my ankle. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to your progress—not just going through the motions. Thank you, Jonathan, for your care and support. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and genuinely dedicated physiotherapist.

Per-session rates for physiotherapy in Singapore typically range from S$80–160 for a standard consultation and treatment, with first assessments sometimes priced slightly higher due to the additional time required. Package pricing for multiple sessions is common and usually offers a modest saving over the per-session rate. Confirm whether the quoted fee covers assessment and treatment together or treats them as separate line items. Also ask about any surcharge for specialised modalities such as shockwave therapy, dry needling, or sports taping, and clarify the cancellation policy — many clinics charge for late cancellations within 24 hours. A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a physiotherapy session at most private clinics in Singapore, including at Novena-based practices — you can self-refer directly. That said, bringing a referral letter or any imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) is useful and may accelerate diagnosis. The first visit typically begins with a structured intake: a health history form covering your presenting complaint, relevant medical conditions, medications, and prior treatment. The physiotherapist then conducts a physical assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. If you have a complex or post-surgical condition, ask whether the treating physiotherapist has specific experience in that area before booking. A GP referral also helps if you plan to make a MediShield Life, integrated shield plan, or corporate insurance claim, as some insurers require a referral to process physiotherapy benefits.
In Singapore, physiotherapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the practitioner's name before your first appointment. AHPC registration confirms the physiotherapist holds a recognised degree in physiotherapy and meets Singapore's continuing professional education requirements. It also means the practitioner is subject to a formal disciplinary process if standards are not met. On Point Physiotherapy does not currently list specific regulatory licences on its KakiList profile, so it is advisable to confirm the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic before booking. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
