1st time and very disappointed as before 1week new helper come , just tell me is different helper as the original have passport issue. This really surprise us and not appropriate! No trust since that time. I no choice but to accept this different helper as my old helper need to go back and no one take care my mum. Promise change helper within 9mths but now over the period ask to change even though agree but only sent one bio cv with old age and not few for me to choose. Response is not prompt n slow. 1st and my last time. Is another orange employment at Bukit Timah
