Hired a new helper from Orchard Manpower and it was a very good and smooth experience overall. Worked with Cecilia who was super helpful and responsive throughout the process - she was endlessly patient with our questions and we are grateful for that. The agency was one of the few that charged a two month loan to the helper and didn't try to charge an exorbitant fee for the employer, everything was transparent and reasonable. Would strongly recommend!

Very professional company, we interviewed a few maids here and ended up employing an absolute gem who has been part of our family for more than 2 years. Come in and speak to Cecilia who is very approachable and helpful.

I just had the worst experience with the staffs (both Christine and Cecilia), I’ve never met more rude staffs than them. The after sales service is horrendous, they simply speak with attitude and as if I owe them a living. They refused to help/assist even when being asked politely. Now imagine how bad the service is. Please skip them by all means!
