Had my wedding banquet at Pan Pacific Singapore and I couldn’t have asked for more… the hotel took care of everything from the moment I stepped foot through the main entrance. The hotel staff had the entire rundown I sent memorized and knew perfectly what to do (even advised me what’s coming up next). The banquet meal is provided by the famous Hai Tien Lo, and oh my…… it is so good that guests and families are saying that it is the best banquet meal they have ever had! In fact, actual day tasted better than tasting day!!! The bridal suite is huge, cozy, comfortable and a perfect place to crash right after the busy day after the wedding. The inclusive bridal packages also ensure you are never hungry without having to step out of the room. Pure relaxation and ease of mind. I can go on and on with my praises and reviews, but in short, Pan Pacific Singapore is highly recommended to hold your banquet and can really have the peace of mind knowing they have it all well managed and organized. Came for our 30th wedding anniversary stayed 4 nights .. arrived early on Friday and were told we could check in, man at check in offered us a room upgrade for an extra $$ per night which we declined as we were really only there for sightseeing not to stay in the room! Because we declined we were told room was not ready and we would have to come back at 3pm!! Bit weird but anyway the actual whole stay was fabulous room very spacious beds divine room gets serviced every day - can’t fault Breakfast at the edge every morning was superb - service by all the staff were very welcoming and friendly
