About Parkway Rehabilitation Centre
Parkway Rehabilitation Centre offers physiotherapy services from its clinic at Republic Plaza, Raffles Place, and is listed as serving clients islandwide. The centre has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed. It holds a 5/5 rating across 21 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable early signal of client satisfaction, though individual experiences may vary. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band; a specific session fee was not provided at the time of listing.
Clients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the physiotherapist conducts a subjective and physical assessment to understand the presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, chronic musculoskeletal pain, neurological recovery, or workplace-related strain. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, or a combination. Sessions can be arranged on a single-visit basis or as a recurring package, and the frequency is usually reviewed as the condition progresses. Those intending to claim under Medisave, MediShield Life, or private insurance should confirm coverage and referral requirements in advance, as documentation from a GP or specialist may be needed.
To book an appointment, contact Parkway Rehabilitation Centre directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, and bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or referral letters to the first session.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I recently completed my physio sessions with Bryan at Parkway Rehab @ Republic Plaza for back pain, and I’m very happy with the recovery process. Bryan was professional, attentive, and provided effective exercises. Highly recommend him for anyone needing quality care!
It has been incredible working with Bryan on my back injury rehab. Over the course of 6 months he discovered multiple issues with my biomechanics and corrected them with guided exercises. I was quite lucky to work with him since I was be quite unware of these issues myself. After 6 months I am injury free and better at running/cycling/racket sports courtesy Bryan.
It was a good experience at Parkway Rehab @ Republic Plaza. With Bryan as my physiotherapist, I was able to recover quickly as he is able to address my issue professionally and precisely. He is patient and caring and able to provide clear and effective instruction for the treatments. Highly recommended.
I came here for physiotherapy for pain and stiffness in my shoulder. The staff were very responsive, positive and pleasant. I’m very appreciative to my physiotherapist Bryan, who helped me understand possible root causes for the shoulder pain and gave me relaxation and strengthening exercises to do at home, which have improved my condition quite a bit over the course of two months. I would recommend this branch for their great service and high-quality care.
Worked with Bryan, he's a great rehab specialist who caters the plan according to you while accurately pinpointing pain points. The staff are really nice and they take payment through their portal in case you don't have your wallet on you ( or if you want miles etc. ;) ) I came from a bike accident and am relatively young so I recover faster so that was helpful for me (E.g. Rather than following a strict oh usually your muscles take 2 week to heal, every session we actually test how much of the muscle has gotten stronger) The place itself is really convenient for those who work in the raffles place area and can only go during lunch times etc. plenty of food options at the basement itself which is convenient, besides it being bear the MRT. The location aside, the rehab office is constantly upgrading. From the time I started till I ended, they have brought in 2 new top class machines to help with both flexibility, strength and UV relaxants to help your muscles rest and recover faster. Overall a great experience for working professionals especially those covered by insurance. No issues in terms of insurance claims as well. This post is not sponsored.

Parkway Rehabilitation Centre has not published a specific session rate on this listing, and pricing in physiotherapy clinics varies depending on the type and complexity of the session. As a general Singapore market guide, a standard physiotherapy consultation runs S$80–150 at a private clinic, with modality add-ons such as ultrasound, shockwave therapy, or dry needling typically billed separately at S$30–80 each. Package rates for a block of sessions are usually available and can offer a modest saving over pay-per-visit. Confirm the full fee structure — including any assessment or intake fee for the first visit, the cost of individual modalities, and the cancellation or no-show policy — before your appointment. Most physiotherapy clinics in Singapore, including private outpatient clinics, accept self-referrals — you do not need a GP letter to book a first appointment. However, a referral from a GP or specialist is worth obtaining if you intend to claim under Medisave (which requires a referral for Medisave-approved conditions), MediShield Life, or a private integrated shield plan, as insurers frequently require documentation of medical necessity. At the first visit, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, the onset and nature of your condition, any imaging or surgical reports, current medications, and functional goals. This assessment informs the treatment plan. If your condition involves a recent fracture, post-operative wound, or red-flag neurological symptoms, the physiotherapist may advise a medical review before commencing hands-on treatment.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the practitioner's full name before your first appointment. Registered physiotherapists hold a recognised degree in physiotherapy and are bound by professional conduct standards including continuing education requirements. Parkway Rehabilitation Centre does not list specific regulatory licences in this directory entry. It is advisable to ask the clinic to confirm the name and AHPC registration number of the physiotherapist who will be treating you, and to verify this independently on the AHPC register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
