When I first contacted Jocelyn on whatsapp and relayed to her the bird problems (nesting and pooping) at my new resale unit at Bedok Reservoir, she provided a few options to solve the problems and also highlighted the potential health/hygiene issues that might crop if the problems are left ignored. We ended up with the bird net solution to prevent the bird problems from recurring again. Then, during site survey to assess the problems, I brought her to see the problematic areas and she immediately knew what needs to be done. Her knowledge and experience simply impressed me. The way she briefed the Lead Rope Access Technician was also very professional. Then when the bird deterrent works began, I visited the team twice in the 2 days to see for myself how it's done. I was impressed with how meticulous the whole team of 6 (if im not wrong) went about inserting the hooks for the net, while ensuring personal safety at all times. Being an ex-firefighter, I knew the dangers and risks involved in such tasks. They team leader also briefed me what they did and the problems faced in the course of their work. They are true professionals, experts in their field. With the risks involved and the quality services rendered before, during and after the whole project, I thought this investment is a small price to pay to prevent future problems. Thanks to Jocelyn and her team for turning a pigeon nightmare on the air con ledge to a clean ledge with a beautiful view. She was responsive and was able to schedule my service promptly. The crew was on time, tidy, and fixed my bird problem. I had another company install plastic spikes initially but it failed immediately. Good value. Highly recommended.

Jocelyn was our main liaison person. She was very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to queries, even those outside of office hours. This assured me and my family that Pest Off would be able to deliver quality service. We also appreciated the fact that Pest Off provided a one-stop solution to our pigeon problems, as they were not only able to remove the pigeons, they were also able to provide spikes and netting to prevent pigeons from re-entering the space, as well as disinfectant, deodourising, and paint services.
