Peterhouse Preschool is a playgroup-level childcare provider located at Lor Melayu in the Eunos area, with KakiList-verified operating details. Families considering Peterhouse Preschool should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as popular centres — particularly at the playgroup level — can fill quickly. When you make contact by phone or through the enquiry form, ask about the daily routine, the child-to-caregiver ratio, and the settling-in process for younger children. It is also worth clarifying whether the centre accepts ECDA subsidies, as Singapore citizen children may be eligible depending on household income and parental working status. Arranging a centre visit will allow you to observe the learning environment and meet the lead teacher before making a commitment.
As a concrete next step, reach out to Peterhouse Preschool directly via phone or the contact form to check current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to schedule an in-person visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

I have no hesitation recommending Peterhouse Preschool. My daughter has flourished here & absolutely loved her teachers & all the staff. She was always made to feel welcomed & heard. I've felt proud at her development & how her self-confidence has increased. The communication from the school is thorough & effective .. yet aware that parents also work full-time & may need an extra nudge. We felt part of a family.
Peterhouse has been amazing! My kid who hated going to school before has been thriving there - and yes he still cries sometimes at drop off but he is always smiles when we pick him up and talks about what he does in class. He has many food allergies and here their in house chef accommodates him which has been great. Management and teachers are also very warm and responsive. Very happy we put him here :)
TL;DR: Good People. Great Preschool. Zero Regrets. We’ve been with Peterhouse Preschool since January, and both our children (ages 2 and 5) have settled in so well. They genuinely enjoy going to school and always come home with stories about their classmates and teachers—it’s been a joy to watch. The school is led by an amazing team. Carol is incredibly driven and detail-oriented, while Jett brings great problem-solving skills and boundless energy that matches the kids’. Their hands-on presence and genuine connection with the kids have been clear since day one and we have observed them to make decisions with the children’s best interests in mind—something rare in today’s profit-driven world. Their focus is firmly on the children as primary stakeholders, and while they also maintain a strong and transparent partnership with parents, it’s evident their hearts are in the right place. Another strength of Peterhouse lies in its leadership. Principal Aizat is an impressive addition to the team. Having known him previously, we can personally attest to his commitment to delivering quality education, supporting his teachers, and building genuine relationships with families. His leadership gives us confidence in the long-term vision of the school. The teachers working with our kids have been warm, professional, and truly caring. Our children adore them, and it shows in how excited they are to go to school each day. The campus itself is another huge plus—set away from main roads, it offers rare outdoor and indoor spaces where children can play freely and safely. The thoughtfully renovated environment is bright, airy, and child-friendly. We’ve also noticed fresh food deliveries regularly, which speaks volumes about the care they take with nutrition. If we have to list at least one small downside, it’s related to rainy days. Unlike preschools located in malls, you might need to pack rain gear for pickups. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for the kind of space and experience Peterhouse offers. We’re so happy to be part of this community and look forward to seeing Peterhouse Preschool grow. While it’s in our own vested interest as parents of the school, we genuinely hope to see this place thrive. After spending three months with the founders and team, it’s clear that they are people who don’t cut corners and truly care. It’s always encouraging to see the nice guys succeed—and Peterhouse Preschool is well on its way. Thank you for your care, attention, and love for our children.
Ever since my nephew started here, he really opened up and became more confident in himself. He will actively tell me about his friends and teachers, and what he did that day. Love to see him grow up with the support from the staff at Peterhouse
We feel so fortunate to have found Peterhouse. The moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the beautiful environment and outdoor area. But what truly sets this preschool apart is the love and dedication of the owners and teachers. It’s clear they're committed to creating a warm, nurturing environment. It’s been a month and we've seen our child thrive with all the engaging activities and outdoor play, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Peterhouse Preschool operates on a monthly recurring fee structure, priced at a mid-range level for the Singapore playgroup market. Beyond the monthly fee itself, families should ask about a one-off registration fee, a refundable deposit (typically equivalent to one or two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms, insurance, or enrichment materials. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so you will not pay GST on the tuition component. Contact the centre directly to obtain the current fee schedule in writing, as rates may be adjusted periodically. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed childcare centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or S$300 per month for childcare and playgroup — regardless of household income. Working mothers who are employed for at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income households can apply for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring the combined monthly subsidy to as much as S$710. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies under a separate tier. Subsidy quanta are reviewed by ECDA periodically, so confirm the latest figures directly with ECDA or the centre before making financial plans. Eligibility and disbursement are administered through the centre upon enrolment.
Demand for playgroup and childcare places in Singapore can be significant, particularly at well-regarded centres, and popular slots are sometimes filled three to twelve months in advance. The peak intake period is January each year, which tends to see the highest volume of new enrolments, so families targeting that start month should enquire well ahead of time. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit. Contact Peterhouse Preschool directly by phone or through the enquiry form to check current availability for your preferred start month and to understand the steps needed to reserve a slot.
