Patients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the physiotherapist conducts a structured assessment of the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological recovery, or a chronic mobility issue. From the assessment, a treatment plan is proposed, which may involve manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, or electrotherapy modalities depending on the diagnosis. Patients can choose between single sessions and recurring packages; it is worth confirming the cancellation and no-show policy before committing, as well as whether the clinic is on any relevant insurance panels for Medisave or corporate health benefits.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and preferred appointment slot, and ask about first-consultation fees and any package options that may suit your treatment timeline.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
Satisfied with all the sessions. The therapist, Nurul Nadzirah is very helpful, gentle and very patience she answer all my questions. she helps me regain the flexibility and strength in grip/hand. Just “graduated” from my post-op hand therapy for thumb fracture. Yuna was amazing in helping me regain the flexibility and strength in my grip. I definitely learnt a lot from her about the intricacies of hand muscles/nerves/tendons and how to take better care of my hands. Her jovial personality also helped pass the almost weekly sessions. The admin staff were super responsive and helpful in scheduling and managing changes. Many thanks Yuna and the Pheonix team!

Physiotherapist Shiv is excellent in pointing out my C spine, shoulder and back issue. After a few acupoint massage, the affected area feel so much more better and relieved. He even taught me sets of exercise to do at home. Really satisfied with the visit and will be back in a week time to see him.

Phoenix Rehab Physio (Serangoon) has not published specific session rates on this listing, so you will need to enquire directly for current pricing. As a general guide, physiotherapy consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–180 per session at private clinics, with subsequent treatment sessions in the S$100–200 range depending on the modality and duration. Some clinics offer package rates that reduce the per-session cost when you commit to a course of treatment. Confirm whether a separate initial assessment fee applies, whether there is a no-show or late-cancellation charge, and whether the clinic accepts Medisave (Medisave can be used for certain chronic condition physiotherapy under the Chronic Disease Management Programme). Corporate insurance and integrated shield plan coverage varies by insurer — check your policy before booking. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
No GP referral is required to see a physiotherapist in Singapore — you can self-refer directly. However, if you intend to claim Medisave under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, a GP or specialist referral may be needed depending on your condition. A referral letter can also be helpful if you have recent imaging (MRI, X-ray) or a specialist's diagnosis, as it gives the physiotherapist a clearer starting picture. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint. The physiotherapist will conduct a hands-on assessment before recommending a treatment plan. Contraindications such as undiagnosed fractures, active infection, or certain cardiovascular conditions may mean a GP clearance is advisable before treatment begins — the clinic can advise on this when you make contact.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. AHPC registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg. No regulatory licences are currently listed for this provider on KakiList, so it is advisable to ask the clinic directly for the names of the treating physiotherapists and to cross-check their individual AHPC registration numbers before your first appointment. The practice holds a 5/5 rating across 309 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent patient satisfaction. KakiList has also verified the operating details and contact channel. ACRA registration is not confirmed on this listing, so confirming the registered business entity directly with the clinic is prudent before making any payment.
