I’ve been coming to Physio & Sole for just over 3 months to rehab a wrist injury from the gym. Joshua has been my physiotherapist, and he’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and is incredibly patient—always taking the time to make sure I understand and feel comfortable with each step. The treatments have been really effective—I can see (and feel) my wrist strength and mobility improving week by week, especially as long as I stay consistent with the home rehab exercises he assigns. The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit pleasant. Plus, the clinic’s location right across from the MRT station is super convenient. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. If you’re dealing with an injury and need a skilled, patient physio who genuinely cares about your recovery, I highly recommend seeing Joshua at Physio & Sole—you won’t be disappointed :)

My dad had a really positive experience with his physiotherapist, Jason, at the clinic. Jason is effective bilingual, and we really appreciate his efforts to explain the exercises and their purposes in a way that my dad can understand. He has great attending skills and my dad feels very comfortable with him. My dad's knee pain has gotten much better with Jason's help.

My orthopaedic surgeon referred me to see Mr Jason Teo after my ankle surgery. Jason took the time to find out about my injury as well as my lifestyle habits prior to my injury in order to tailor a suitable rehabilitation programme to meet my needs. After a month of rehabilitation, Jason was able to guide me to resume normal activities e.g. running, weights training, rock climbing etc. Jason's knowledge of biomechanics is impressive. In addition, his needling treatment not only relieves pain, it also speeds up the healing process. It is uncommon to find a physiotherapist who is skilled in needling techiniques. Highly recommend Jason for anyone looking for lasting results! Thank you Jason for the excellent care!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Physio & Sole Clinic (Jurong East) charge per session?

Physio & Sole Clinic (Jurong East) is priced in the mid-range ($$), but a specific per-session rate was not listed — contact the clinic directly via WhatsApp or phone for the current fee schedule. As a general reference, physiotherapy sessions in Singapore typically run S$80–180 for a standard 45–60 minute appointment at a private clinic, with an initial assessment sometimes priced higher than follow-up sessions. Ask whether a package of multiple sessions is available at a reduced per-session rate, and confirm the clinic's cancellation and late-rescheduling policy before committing. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first at Physio & Sole Clinic (Jurong East)?

A GP or specialist referral is not required to book directly with a private physiotherapy clinic in Singapore — you can self-refer and schedule an initial assessment appointment. That said, bringing a referral letter, recent imaging (X-ray, MRI), or discharge summary from a hospital can significantly shorten the assessment process and help the physiotherapist understand your history before the first session. A referral does become practically important if you intend to claim physiotherapy costs through an integrated shield plan or corporate insurance, as most insurers require a GP or specialist referral letter to process reimbursement. It is worth checking your policy wording before your first visit. Some conditions — particularly post-surgical rehabilitation or neurological cases — may also benefit from the physiotherapist liaising directly with your surgeon or physician, which a referral letter facilitates.

Is the practitioner at Physio & Sole Clinic (Jurong East) licensed?

In Singapore, physiotherapists are regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Only AHPC-registered physiotherapists may legally practise and use the protected title. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the treating physiotherapist's full name before your appointment. Specific licence details for the practitioner at Physio & Sole Clinic (Jurong East) were not listed on this KakiList profile. Ask the clinic directly for the consulting physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, then cross-check on the public register. This takes under two minutes and is the most reliable way to confirm credentials. The clinic's 4.9/5 rating across 117 Google reviews is a positive signal, though it does not substitute for verifying professional registration.
