About Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar)

About Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar)

Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) offers physiotherapy services from its premises at 64 Cecil St, #03-02 IOB Building, Singapore 049711. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 5/5 rating across 18 Google reviews, though this is a small sample and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive.

New patients typically begin with an initial consultation and physical assessment, during which the physiotherapist reviews the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or a chronic mobility issue. Following the assessment, a treatment plan is agreed upon, which may involve a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality-based treatment. Patients can enquire about session frequency, group versus one-to-one format, package options versus single sessions, and whether teleconsultation is available between visits. Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.

To get started, contact Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) via WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and preferred appointment time, and ask about first-visit availability and any intake forms to complete ahead of the session.

Incredibly grateful to have my first ever podiatry treatment with Kerra! I walked in shy about the my conditions but immediately eased up all thanks to the kind, gentle and reassuring interactions had with her. She’s clearly very knowledge, and explained her findings and causations with patience and great sensitivity. Post the session, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed report which included reminders of the home treatments I should do and even specific shoe models I should get for running! Such dedication is truly appreciated. It’s only one session and I already felt an improvement in my quality of life :) Highly recommended!

I had my first-ever podiatry treatment with Jia Lin and it was a very reassuring experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give a very detailed explanation of my nail condition, clearly walking me through the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. Jia Lin was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire treatment. She checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and explained each step as she went along. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism she showed. Highly recommend Jia Lin to anyone looking for a podiatrist who is thorough, caring, and trustworthy!

Life-changing experience. After three sessions with Joel, he has completely turned my skepticism around. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping patients recover. He listens intently, and at times the sessions feel almost like counseling—in the best way. Professional, objective, and refreshingly humorous, he brings a much-needed human touch to the profession. Thank you for the good pain, the soreness, and the laughs so far. I’ve genuinely been enjoying my physio and feel stronger day by day. Thank you Joel!

Felicia is a very helpful and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She helped me improve my DR condition and introduced exercises that effectively strengthen my abdominal muscles. Her explanations are very clear, which helped me understand the purpose behind each exercise and why they are important.

My first visit yesterday to Physio and Soles ( Raffles) and was a good experience with Kerra for podiatry treatment - also my first requirement for the same . She was thorough and professional whilst being warm and engaging. Overall was a comfortable session and no pain . Post the visit she sent a comprehensive recap of what she mentioned - which will be very useful to keep and refer to later .

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) charge per session?

Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range pricing, though a specific per-session rate is not publicly listed. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically run S$80–150 per session at private clinics, with follow-up sessions sometimes offered at a lower rate when booked as a package. A first-consultation fee, which often includes an initial assessment and treatment, may differ from the standard session rate. It is worth confirming in advance whether the session fee covers hands-on treatment only or includes any exercise programming or home-plan materials. Cancellation and no-show policies vary by clinic, so clarify these before booking. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Physiotherapy in Singapore does not require a GP referral for a private clinic visit, though a referral letter from a doctor can be helpful if you intend to claim under MediShield Life, an integrated shield plan, or corporate insurance — most insurers require a referral for physiotherapy to be a claimable benefit. At a first visit, expect an intake form covering your medical history, the onset and nature of your condition, and any imaging or previous treatment reports you can bring along. The physiotherapist will conduct a physical assessment before recommending a treatment plan. If your condition is complex or involves post-surgical recovery, bringing discharge notes or a specialist's letter will help the physiotherapist calibrate the plan from the first session.

Is the practitioner at Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) licensed?

Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name before booking if you wish to confirm credentials independently. No regulatory licences are listed for Physio & Sole Clinic (Paya Lebar) in the current KakiList record. This does not necessarily indicate a compliance issue, but it does mean you should ask directly for the consulting physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, and verify these on the public register before committing to a treatment package. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
