Patients typically begin with an initial consultation during which the physiotherapist assesses the presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, chronic musculoskeletal pain, neurological impairment, or general mobility decline. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, or other modalities depending on clinical need. Patients can choose between single sessions and recurring packages; it is worth clarifying the cancellation and rescheduling policy before committing to a block booking, as physiotherapy progress often depends on consistent attendance.
To arrange an appointment, contact PhysioActive (Jurong Vision Exchange) by phone or through the online enquiry form listed on this page, and have your referral letter or relevant medical history ready if your GP or specialist has provided one.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Diana has been supporting me with physiotherapy for almost a year and I'm grateful for her excellent care and expertise. With multiple injuries, hypermobility and a big baby to carry my progress is slow but Diana's positivity, honesty and friendliness motivate me and make my sessions really enjoyable. She has helped me so much with massage and targeted exercises. Her suggestions on braces/supports to help me manage have been amazing every time. Thank you so much (from me and my creaky joints!) 😊
Back on the pitch ahead of schedule! - Diana's expert physio therapy allowed me to get back onto the pitch much faster than I thought. I had severe problems with my achilles tendon, and with a combination of massage, stretching exercises and shock wave therapy she was able to reduce the recovery time substantially.
I can’t recommend Louis enough! I went to PhysioActive because of shoulder pain. I was really nervous that I’d immediately be told to stop all workouts (training is a huge part of life and something I really enjoy) but that wasn’t the case at all. Louis helped me to pinpoint the exercises that I should avoid for a short time and even found work arounds and modifications so I could continue to lift weights. I’m so pleased to say that I’m pain free now and it’s all thanks to Louis! :)
I had physio therapy at PhysioActive because of neck and shoulder pain. Diana Mecklenburg took care of me. She is an excellent physio therapist and also customized helpful exercises for me. I can highly recommend her. Also the staff, Sabrina from Orchard clinic, is very friendly, always there to help and managed everything perfectly. A big „Thank you“ to both of you and all the best!
Fractured my elbow few months ago and went to PhysioActive after reading glowing reviews. Louis had been an amazing help in my recovery. He is very amiable and patiently explains the exercises, why it needs to be done to get my elbow back to normal. Thanks again Louis!!

Specific session fees are not publicly listed for PhysioActive (Jurong Vision Exchange), so you will need to contact the clinic directly for a current fee schedule. As a general guide, physiotherapy consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–180 per session at private clinics, with initial assessments sometimes priced higher than follow-up sessions. Package pricing, where multiple sessions are bundled at a reduced per-session rate, is common and worth asking about if you anticipate ongoing treatment. Confirm whether your health insurance or Medisave covers physiotherapy sessions — Medisave can be used for physiotherapy at approved institutions, though private clinic eligibility varies. A no-show or late-cancellation fee is standard practice; ask for the policy in writing before your first appointment. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Most physiotherapy clinics in Singapore, including private practices, accept self-referred patients — you do not generally need a GP or specialist referral to book an initial consultation. However, if you plan to claim physiotherapy costs through an integrated shield plan or employer insurance, your insurer may require a referral letter as part of the claims documentation, so it is worth checking your policy before your first visit. At the initial appointment, the physiotherapist will conduct a structured assessment covering your medical history, current symptoms, functional limitations, and treatment goals. If you have existing imaging (X-rays, MRI reports) or discharge summaries from a hospital or specialist, bring these along as they help the clinician develop an accurate treatment plan from the outset. Contraindications such as recent fractures, active infection, or certain cardiovascular conditions will also be screened at this stage.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration can be verified on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg before your appointment. Registration details for specific practitioners at PhysioActive (Jurong Vision Exchange) are not listed in the information available on this page, so it is advisable to confirm the names and AHPC registration numbers of the treating physiotherapists directly with the clinic. No regulatory licence details are currently on file for this listing. This does not necessarily indicate an issue, as the AHPC register is the authoritative source for individual physiotherapist credentials rather than a facility-level licence. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before commencing treatment.
