About Physiolife

About Physiolife

Physiolife is a physiotherapy practice located at Centrium Square on Serangoon Road, offering wellness and rehabilitation services islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 5/5 rating across 12 Google reviews, though this is a small sample and should be treated as directional only. A first appointment typically begins with an intake assessment covering your presenting condition, injury history, functional goals, and any relevant medical imaging or specialist referrals you can bring along. From there, the physiotherapist will outline a treatment plan — which may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, or modality-based treatment — and discuss whether a single session or a recurring package better fits your needs. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are worth confirming at the time of booking, as these vary across clinics and affect out-of-pocket cost if plans change.

The most direct next step is to reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and request a first-consultation slot at the Serangoon Road clinic.

Worked with Faye after suffering a pretty bad relapse with my slip disc. She was really understanding and careful with me right after my injury and we focused more on mind muscle connection rather than purely strengthening of core muscles which was something exceptionally different from the previous physios I worked with. Happy to say that I have made great progress and am mostly pain free!

I have been seeing Faye for over two years now for both knee and back rehabilitation, and I can confidently say she is one of the most knowledgeable and intuitive physiotherapists I have ever encountered. (and trust me! I have met many in London and Singapore) Her expertise in body awareness is second to none. She has an exceptional ability to observe how my body moves and immediately pinpoint which areas are compensating or holding tension. What is even more impressive is how she guides me with such clarity and precision to release that tension and re-engage the correct muscles. But beyond her technical skills, what truly sets Faye apart is her thoughtful and compassionate approach. She listens carefully, teaches with patience, and adapts her treatment to meet me where I am on any given day. Her sessions are not only always effective, but also very uplifting for the spirits. What is bigger than her brain is her heart for her patients. I couldn't recommend Faye more highly. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing chronic discomfort, or simply trying to move better, I am sure she will take excellent care of you. Empathy and excellence guaranteed at Physio & Life. Personally so grateful to be in her care. God blessed.

Been seeing Faye from Physio & Life since 2019 when she was at a private hospital. She’s seen me through many things - from chronic pain to knee injury, to breast cancer (post-surgery rehab) and then cervical instability. Each and every time, she helped me get back on my feet. She’s not just a physiotherapist but has also become a friend to me. As a healthcare professional, she is super approachable and emphatic, and I can count on her to understand my condition(s) without judgment. During rehab sessions, she patiently guides me step by step through the various exercises and explains how different parts of the body affect one another, making it easy for me to understand how I benefit from it. She also tailors each session to my tolerance or pain levels for a given day, which is important so I don’t end up doing more than I should. Faye is someone who truly cares. ❤️

I first met Faye when I was struggling with chronic neck and back pain. She patiently worked with me not only to treat my symptoms, but also to find possible triggers and solutions. Sessions with her are enjoyable - she's approachable, caring and has a unique ability to break down complex concepts (and poses) and make them easy to understand. Under her care, my pain reduced and my quality of life improved. Post physio treatment, I continued with 1-1 reformer Pilates sessions with Faye. Her background in Pilates, coupled with her knowledge of my condition, allowed her to tailor my workouts while minimizing any recurrence of pain. This transition has been so valuable in preparing me for a return to normal workouts while continuing to help build strength and flexibility. Extremely grateful to have met Faye and thankful for the progress I've made under her care!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Physiolife charge per session?

Physiolife does not publish a specific session rate publicly, so the exact fee should be confirmed directly before booking. As a general guide, physiotherapy consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–180 per session at private clinics, with the first assessment often priced slightly higher to cover the full intake evaluation. Some clinics offer package rates for a fixed number of sessions, which can reduce the per-session cost for those requiring ongoing rehabilitation. Confirm whether your health insurance or corporate benefits cover physiotherapy — many integrated shield plans and employer schemes reimburse private physio sessions up to a stated annual limit. If you intend to claim, ask for an itemised receipt and the treating physiotherapist's full name and registration number at the time of payment. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

You do not need a GP referral to book a physiotherapy session at a private clinic — you can self-refer directly. That said, bringing any relevant medical documents (imaging reports, specialist letters, or a GP referral letter) helps the physiotherapist understand your condition more fully from the first session and can support insurance reimbursement claims. The first visit at Physiolife will typically include a structured intake assessment covering your symptoms, movement limitations, pain history, and functional goals before any hands-on treatment begins. If you have a complex or chronic condition — such as post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological impairment, or a musculoskeletal issue with unresolved imaging findings — a GP or specialist referral letter will strengthen your insurance claim and ensure the physiotherapist has the full clinical picture.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is renewable and verifiable on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name before booking. An AHPC-registered physiotherapist has met the council's educational and competency standards and is subject to disciplinary oversight. Physiolife does not currently list regulatory licences in its public profile on KakiList. Before your first session, ask for the treating physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, and cross-check on the public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
