My partner and I had a wonderful experience working on our home renovations with the team at Pi Architects (Ivan and Jin Ling)! Ivan and Jin Ling have exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design, materiality, and proportions. Throughout the construction phase, they were responsive and proactive in managing the project and troubleshooting any issues that arose. The team I worked with (Ivan, Sheila) were generally prompt and responsive; they were just as committed to the timeline and keeping within the budget. They were also a safe pair of hands - I felt I had wise counsel every step of the way. I also appreciated very much the fact that they were good communicators. Ivan and Sheila considered seriously points I raised and were never dismissive - I felt I learnt alot from them as they were able to articulate with clarity of thought why an alternative position was preferable. There was also always a viable option / workaround when what was originally contemplated was no longer possible - which speaks to their ability to adapt and to think out of the box. It helps that the good people at PIA like what they do and really take great pride in the spaces they help create. I very much enjoyed my journey with Pi Architects.

We got Ivan’s team to renovate our dated terrace house, and we’re happy with how it turned out. Big thanks to Zayar, Felyna, and Roong Er — the end result is a clean, minimal modern home that suits our lifestyle. Their ideas were mostly practical, thoughtful and they were a breeze to work with. There was an issue with a sharp step in the backyard, but the team responded quickly and fixed it without any fuss. Super satisfied with the outcomes. I had Paul and Sarah working on my apartment. Despite the delay in TOP, they were understanding and patient with the process. They took the time to understand my lifestyle and habits and designed around them. It wasn’t a cookie cutter Pinterest approach that we took and I like how each decision made was intentional and had clear rationale behind it. During the search for reno contractors, it was an open process where I really appreciated the inputs from the Pi team. The outcomes are stunning and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their homes!
