Patients typically begin with an initial consultation, during which the physiotherapist takes a detailed case history, assesses mobility and function, and identifies the presenting condition — whether post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, back or neck pain, neurological recovery, or chronic musculoskeletal complaints. From there, a structured treatment plan is proposed, which may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, or electrotherapy. Sessions can be one-off or packaged depending on the condition and progress, and the cancellation and rescheduling policy should be confirmed at the time of booking.
To get started, contact Pinnacle Physiotherapy Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to confirm current appointment availability and to discuss whether your condition and insurance coverage are a good fit before committing.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
I am extremely grateful to my knee surgeon, Dr Kevin Lee, for his exceptional care and expertise. He is very experienced and was an excellent advisor, patiently guiding me through every stage until surgery was truly necessary. The surgery itself was done exceptionally well. Remarkably, I have never felt any pain since the operation until now, which has surprised many people around me—and myself as well. This result truly reflects his outstanding skill and professionalism. I am amazingly impressed and deeply thankful for his dedication and excellent work. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs knee treatment or surgery.
Dr Kevin Lee has done a very good job for the total knee replacement surgery. I experienced all the procedure smoothly. One thing I like is that the stitches very smooth. Hardly can tell. Highly recommended...
I had consulted Dr Kevin on my knee pain. I was very scared of the injection on my knee. Dr Lee is an excellent Doctor. Very professional, friendly and approachable. He made me feel very comfortable and ask me to relax. This really helps and i do not feel any pain during the injection. Thank u, Dr Lee for the professional services given to me. Keep up the good work!
Dr Kevin did an allograft for me last year, I had torn my left ACL fully from a fall down an icy slope when skiing. The surgery and rehab has been great! Today I see Dr Kevin again, share with him that I just came back from a ski holiday in Hokkaido (no more black slopes for me), and got myself discharged as a patient! Thank you for helping me to regain my left knee Dr Kevin!
Dr Andy Wee guided me through every step of the recovery process. His clear instructions and reassurance made my recovery path smooth and easier to go through than I had anticipated! I would highly recommend Dr Andy Wee to anyone seeking orthopaedic treatment. Thank you to the Pinnacle Orthopaedic Group Team!👍

Pinnacle Physiotherapy Singapore is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though an exact per-session rate is not publicly displayed — contact the clinic directly for a current fee schedule. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations at private medical centre clinics typically run S$80–180 per session, with follow-up treatment sessions in the S$100–200 range depending on modalities used. Packages of six to ten sessions are common and usually carry a modest discount over individual bookings. Confirm at enquiry whether a separate initial assessment fee applies, whether consumables such as taping or electrotherapy pads are billed additionally, and what the no-show or short-notice cancellation policy is. If you are claiming through corporate or personal insurance, ask whether the clinic provides itemised medical invoices in the format your insurer requires. A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a physiotherapy session at a private clinic in Singapore, though having one can help in two practical ways: some insurers require a referral letter to approve a claim, and a specialist's diagnosis gives the physiotherapist a clearer clinical picture before the first session. If you are recovering from surgery or managing a condition under an orthopaedic surgeon or neurologist, bring any relevant discharge summaries, imaging reports, or surgical notes. The first visit typically runs longer than subsequent sessions — expect a 45-to-60-minute initial assessment covering your medical history, pain behaviour, posture, and range of motion. The physiotherapist will explain the working diagnosis and proposed treatment approach before proceeding. If you have any contraindications — active infection, unhealed wound, blood clot risk, or recent cardiac event — disclose these at booking so the clinic can confirm whether physiotherapy is appropriate at this stage.
Physiotherapists in Singapore are regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Every practising physiotherapist must hold a valid AHPC registration, which is searchable on the AHPC public register at ahpc.edu.sg — look up the treating physiotherapist by name before your first session to confirm their registration status and that there are no disciplinary notations. No regulatory licences are listed for Pinnacle Physiotherapy Singapore in the current dataset, so it is worth confirming the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic. The practice holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating across 414 Google reviews, which is a robust public signal, but individual practitioner registration remains your primary regulatory safeguard. Ask for the named physiotherapist's AHPC number at the time of booking.
