Really glad that we chose Plus Interior out of the other IDs we approached. We started sourcing for IDs 1 year before our key collection, and Jin Hao was the only one who showed passion and effort in serving us, consistently keeping in contact with us and provided us with simple 3D drawings of the proposed layout, bringing us to visit site, before we even signed with him. Jin Hao never missed any of our materials/accessories/furnitures shopping. He made time for us and followed us when we shopped for stuff, making sure everything matches well with our theme. Some people said ID should listen to what the owners want, but I feel that a good ID not only listen to what the owners want, but also give opinion and tell them the consequences. Jin Hao really did well in this area! We didn't regret following his advice. He definitely turns our house into everyone's inspiration! Also, his after-sales service is superb! Walking my wife & me through the initial design stage to picking of sanitary wares, kitchen & bathroom floor & wall tiles as well as sintered stone for our kitchen counter top & backflash . Their quality cabinetry work for my entire house is top notch. Eric's flexibilty & follow up on some loose ends is excellent not forgetting to mention his positive attitude & professionalism in his work.
