Sylvester and Edmund are excellent physiotherapists and Seamus a wonderful masseur! I have benefitted from being treated by, and highly recommend, all of them. Special mention goes to Sylvester because of the number of sessions I have had with him. Initially it was more rehab related (back/neck stiffness and poor posture from 2.5 decades of working at a desk and in front of screens) but within a short period of time (2 months), he has helped my body in healing itself and to transition to performance training (I have a goal of a strong and agile body for long walks and demanding hikes).
