About Prestige Management Services
Prestige Management Services is a domestic helper placement agency located at 442 Orchard Road, serving households islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 4.2-star Google rating across 18 reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional only. No MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence appears in the provider's listed credentials, which is a mandatory requirement for any agency placing foreign domestic workers in Singapore; prospective clients should verify licence status on MOM's online EA directory before proceeding.
When engaging a maid agency, the process typically begins with deciding between a new-hire helper and a transfer helper — the latter is usually cheaper to place and available sooner. Key cost items to confirm with Prestige Management Services include the placement fee, the helper's monthly salary (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for households with a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm whether mandatory items — FDW insurance, Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — are bundled into the quoted fee or billed separately. Source-country options, replacement guarantee window, and repatriation costs on early termination should all be clarified before signing.
Contact Prestige Management Services via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request a full fee breakdown and to verify their MOM EA Licence number before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
This agency is fantastic. Highly experienced, truly professional and very responsive. We have had the most positive experience with Beth (and Connie) for the last 14 months. Highly recommend.
My friend had recently hired her fantastic helper from Philippines via agent Connie. Her helper is so well trained, obedient and good manner in every aspects. I wished I have gone to Prestige Management when I hired mine a year ago. Highly recommend Prestige to all my friends that are in need of a good helper.
Misleading, unprofessional and tardy. Beware!! Agent told us in June 2021 they could bring in a helper for us by Aug/Sep 2021 from overseas. Many other agencies told me it was not possible due to MOM's position during the pandemic but agent Connie persuaded us and told us she had her ways because they were "well regarded" by MOM. Believed agent and went ahead. Despite telling us they would provide us with updates by x or y date, each time they failed to do so, and gave us a brand new excuse. We had to chase them multiple times for updates over close to two months. We waited for so long and as it turns out they contradicted MOM employment agency alerts from the very start and misled us into believing they could bring in a helper despite the Government's express position from the outset that there was a halt to approving helpers from overseas. Agent wasted our time and kept poor helper waiting overseas indefinitely. Absolutely do not recommend.
The agency failed to get back to us on multiple occasions despite promising to do so. The service quality was poor for the amount of fees charged. Do not recommend.
Beth is exceptional. Took care of everything for me and helped me get my helper from outside Singapore which wasn’t easy nor straightforward. Appreciate the help!

Placement fees for a new-hire foreign domestic worker typically run S$1,500–3,500 through Singapore agencies; transfer helpers, who are already in Singapore on an existing Work Permit, generally attract a lower placement fee of S$500–1,500. On top of the placement fee, the household pays the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm what is bundled in Prestige Management Services' quoted fee — mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600/year), the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application fees may be included or billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold a MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. No MOM EA Licence is listed in Prestige Management Services' current credentials on KakiList — prospective clients should ask for the licence number directly and cross-check it on the MOM directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have stronger compliance records and better complaint-handling histories. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if a placement breaks down, and can void your FDW insurance.
A standard replacement guarantee window runs six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or two replacements included. Confirm with Prestige Management Services exactly how many replacements are covered, what circumstances void the guarantee (for example, documented mismatch versus a change of mind), and the cost of any additional replacements beyond the guaranteed allowance. Also clarify the early-termination process — if a placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household is responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, Work Permit cancellation paperwork, and any unused MOM levy refund. Understanding these costs upfront avoids surprises if the arrangement does not work out.
