Had an absolutely lovely weekend getaway at QT. The deluxe king room was great - quite a lot of space and my partner likes high ceilings. Beds and pillows were a little soft, but that's a matter of personal preference. Loved the iPad integration with the room's amenities. Also liked the touch of providing a portable speaker in the room. The bathtub is pretty big, which is great because a lot of other hotel tubs we had in the past couldn't comfortably fit two. The faucet for the tub, however, didn't produce very hot water and it was also very slow to fill. We flagged it to the hotel staff, but nothing much they could do. It was a little rachet, but we managed to get the temperature right by adding one or two kettles of boiling water (lol). Service staff were very professional and pleasant and readily available for service even at late hours when we needed a change of comforter. Location is really good, as its right next to Lau Pa Sat, so that's food covered. It's also directly situated above a convenience store for late-night snack runs. Hope to be back soon. xx

The energy, variety of food, and lively atmosphere made the evening feel truly special and very “Singapore.” The location was a huge plus — we were able to walk everywhere, exploring nearby attractions easily and enjoying the city at our own pace. After long days out, it was great coming back to such a comfortable and thoughtfully designed room. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like being given complimentary barista coffee, which made the stay feel even more personal and welcoming Overall, QT Singapore exceeded our expectations and delivered a stay that felt personal, fun, and unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at QT Singapore. The location is exceptional, the staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the rooms and facilities are beautifully designed and maintained. The rooftop pool was a standout feature, and while the gym is relatively compact, it was well-equipped and perfectly adequate for a short stay. One area that significantly fell short of expectations was the food offering, particularly in relation to vegan options. Although breakfast was included in our stay—which we appreciated—there were no vegan options clearly marked on the menu. When I enquired, I was initially told that fruit salad was the only available option. After further discussion, the kitchen kindly prepared avocado on toast, and on subsequent mornings I ordered the big breakfast without bacon, sausage, or eggs. For a hotel that positions itself as sustainability-focused, the absence of clearly identified or thoughtfully designed vegan options was disappointing. It raises questions about whether the sustainability messaging extends meaningfully to food and beverage practices. We were also provided with a $50 dining voucher, which unfortunately went unused. Neither the café nor the lunch and dinner menus displayed marked vegan options, and reception staff were initially unable to advise. After eventually speaking with a manager, I was provided with a few dishes that could be modified to be vegan; however, this was on our final day and too late to utilise the voucher. I would strongly encourage the hotel to clearly label vegan options and expand plant-based offerings, particularly at breakfast—such as a dedicated vegetarian or vegan breakfast option. It was surprising to learn that dishes which appeared suitable, including the soba noodle bowl, coconut yogurt granola, and even the smashed avocado, contained dairy. Clear labelling and a more inclusive menu would greatly enhance the guest experience and better align with the hotel’s stated sustainability values. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and with some improvements to the dining experience, it would be exceptional.

This is my go to hotel in Singapore. I am not a fan of the Orchard Road megaliths and most boutique hotels here are super expensive. But QT is located next to a great food market, skip the breakfast as it is very pricey for average food… and the staff here are excellent. Very helpful and can provide you with a few Singapore secrets that are great tips.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. What really made the stay special was the staff: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere from check-in to check-out. Overall, a stylish hotel with a great vibe, fantastic service, and a perfect base for exploring Singapore. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
