Was introduced to Nigel from Quad.R from a friend, really thankful I got to meet him. We were stressing over finding an ID (given the recent scare cases circulating around the web) till we met Nigel. He was really upfront and honest from the get go, listening to what we wanted in our home and incorporating it into his designs, always telling us if it was feasible / the best way to go about it and how we could materialize our ideals. Just by speaking with him, we knew he would get it done. And he didn't disappoint. Throughout the whole process, not only did Nigel make sure everything went smoothly, he even updated us daily as to the reno's progress (just a quick snapshot he sent of our limewash wall when the paint job was done), letting us know what has been done, whether everything was on schedule and what were the next steps. Of course there were minor hiccups / adjustments along the way (as you would expect from a reno), but he always got them sorted. He even went the extra mile to furniture shop with us, advising us on what would fit into our theme and even helped us save some $$ in between (by bringing us to cheaper alternatives). The post-handover was stress free as well. Even after moving in, if paint works needed to be touched up, or carpentry issues that we had, he got his guys to come down to fix it for us. Every time we texted him for a problem we faced, his response is always "dont worry I'll settle". If you're looking for an ID that you can rely on, have a chat with Nigel. All you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for his daily reno updates. :)
