When enquiring about pet training, it helps to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors shape which training approach is most appropriate. Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as responsible trainers typically require proof of current vaccinations before commencing sessions. If you are unsure whether your pet's behaviour or anxiety level is suited to group or one-to-one training, a trial visit or initial assessment can help clarify the right fit. Discuss whether sessions are conducted at a fixed venue or in your home, and whether a recurring training schedule suits your goals.
To take the next step, reach out to Ranford Neo / Berdhouse via phone or the enquiry form to describe your pet's profile and training goals, and ask about available session slots and scheduling options.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Each time we’ve been in there the bar tenders are very cold. While I support the LGBTQ community-they have a chip on their shoulder. I’ve been many times to give them the opportunity to do better .. they don’t. I’m done. Not going back.
Booked through official channel for 28Jun lunch for birthday celebration. Ordered 3 sets lunch course for yellowfin grilled tuna base on recommendation by the waiter that is it one of popular menu items. Initial appetizers were served fast but after 40 mins and no mains in sight with 10 over kitchen staff. When finally presented with the mains the sauce for the fish was extremely salty and made the fish unpalatable. What was unusual as well was that the fish was attempted to cook like a steak Lastly when I placed food order told the staff that I am using the amex Claudine offer for free cake. Got told off by the Caucasian French ( I presume manager) that cakes need to be mentioned in reservation. Thinking that the manager knows better for T&C I agree that it was not worth to argue further and left as that. However was extremely disappointed that the T&C states nothing of prebooking required. To the above, of a restaurant that cannot season food properly, lies and not willing to honor a promotion, I cannot in good faith even recommending this establishment. Will be requesting amex to pull further collaborations with this dishonest merchant. Highly recommend anyone reading this to spend your money at other restaurants

Most reputable pet trainers in Singapore require proof of current core vaccinations before beginning sessions, particularly where pets interact with others. For dogs, this typically means DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with bordetella (kennel cough) often required for group settings. For cats, FVRCP is the standard core vaccine. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to your first session. If your pet's vaccinations are not up to date, consult your vet before enquiring, as trainers may decline to proceed without valid proof. Contact Ranford Neo / Berdhouse directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements.
Ranford Neo / Berdhouse is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person.
