New clients typically begin with a first consultation in which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history of the presenting condition — whether musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological condition, or chronic pain management — before conducting a physical assessment and outlining a treatment plan. Sessions may be scheduled on a single-session basis or structured as a recurring package depending on the nature and severity of the condition. The practice can be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm slot availability, session duration, and fees before booking. Clients are advised to bring any relevant imaging reports, referral letters, or medical notes to the first appointment.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp or the online form to describe your condition and preferred appointment time, and confirm the session fee and cancellation policy before attending.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
I did my physio here from a ACL recon + meniscus repair with Zaki and Pei ting. Both physiotherapist have the best knowledge and they are very professional in treating patients. They helped treat my injury as well as constantly encouraged me. Good doctors not only treat the wound but also the mind/heart. Everyone is very friendly here including the receptionist. I could not recommend this physio clinic enough, you'd definitely get the best treatment here.
Had a physio session following my toe surgery and the improvement was gradual but consistently positive. My mobility is back, strength has noticeably returned, and the discomfort I was dealing with has greatly reduced. Grace, my therapist, was attentive, explained every exercise clearly, and adjusted the session to my progress. I finally feel confident walking normally again. Highly recommended for post-surgery recovery. Receptionists are also very friendly and patient. Always providing service with a smile.
I saw Grace for a persistent knee sprain and noticed significant improvement in my pain within a couple of sessions. The whole experience was comfortable and not rushed, unlike some other clinics. She explained the MRI scan results and the doctor’s diagnosis in clear, plain language, and took the time to explain how her treatment methods and exercises would help improve my condition. Grace was also attentive in correcting my form and posture when I was doing the exercises. Would certainly recommend Grace for anyone who wishes to get the most out of each physiotherapy session.
Zaki is honestly the muscle whisperer. He really knows what he is doing and gets straight to the root of the problem. Every session is efficient, focused, and built around a clear goal. His advice is practical and easy to follow, which makes a real difference between sessions. The reception staff are also great, friendly, organised, and welcoming. Highly recommend.
I had my therapy sessions with Zaki for around 5-6 times. All of which were really comfortable. Zaki listens fully on what you feel is going on in your body before he does a thorough physical check to identify the issues then did manual therapy before giving me exercises to do at home. Started really weak inner hamstrings & glutes that made valgus knee felt worse and overtime go better to the point I’m able to stand on 1 leg balancing well. Receptionist support was smooth & prompt :) both on WhatsApp and in clinic

Rapid Physiocare (Buona Vista) displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range pricing, though a specific per-session figure is not publicly listed. Singapore physiotherapy clinics typically charge S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$70–130 for follow-up sessions, with package discounts available for multiple bookings. A first-time consultation fee may differ from the follow-up rate, so confirm both when enquiring. Ask whether consumables such as hot or cold packs, electrotherapy, or taping materials are included in the session fee or billed separately. Cancellation and no-show policies also vary by clinic — confirm the minimum notice required to avoid a charge. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
No GP referral is required to book a physiotherapy appointment in Singapore — you can contact Rapid Physiocare (Buona Vista) directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form. However, if you intend to claim against a MediShield Life integrated shield plan, a corporate health insurance policy, or a Medisave-approved treatment scheme, a referral letter from a GP or specialist can strengthen your claim and should be obtained before the first session. At the first visit, expect a structured intake assessment covering your medical history, current medications, pain pattern, functional limitations, and any relevant imaging. Flag any contraindications — such as recent surgery, fractures, active infection, or cardiovascular conditions — so the physiotherapist can adjust the treatment approach safely.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is renewable and verifiable on the AHPC public register at go.gov.sg/ahpc. A registered physiotherapist may use the title 'Physiotherapist' — using the title without valid registration is a criminal offence. No AHPC or other regulatory licence is listed in Rapid Physiocare (Buona Vista)'s current KakiList profile. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the treating physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, then verify this independently on the AHPC register. Confirm the practitioner's credentials before treatment.
