Patients typically begin with a first consultation in which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history, assesses the presenting condition — whether musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or a chronic mobility issue — and agrees on a treatment plan. Sessions may be taken individually or as part of a recurring package depending on the nature and duration of the condition. It is worth confirming the cancellation and rescheduling policy before starting a course of treatment, and asking whether the treating physiotherapist holds registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), which is the statutory body governing physiotherapists in Singapore.

I did my physio here from a ACL recon + meniscus repair with Zaki and Pei ting. Both physiotherapist have the best knowledge and they are very professional in treating patients. They helped treat my injury as well as constantly encouraged me. Good doctors not only treat the wound but also the mind/heart. Everyone is very friendly here including the receptionist. I could not recommend this physio clinic enough, you'd definitely get the best treatment here.
Had a physio session following my toe surgery and the improvement was gradual but consistently positive. My mobility is back, strength has noticeably returned, and the discomfort I was dealing with has greatly reduced. Grace, my therapist, was attentive, explained every exercise clearly, and adjusted the session to my progress. I finally feel confident walking normally again. Highly recommended for post-surgery recovery. Receptionists are also very friendly and patient. Always providing service with a smile.
I saw Grace for a persistent knee sprain and noticed significant improvement in my pain within a couple of sessions. The whole experience was comfortable and not rushed, unlike some other clinics. She explained the MRI scan results and the doctor’s diagnosis in clear, plain language, and took the time to explain how her treatment methods and exercises would help improve my condition. Grace was also attentive in correcting my form and posture when I was doing the exercises. Would certainly recommend Grace for anyone who wishes to get the most out of each physiotherapy session.
Zaki is honestly the muscle whisperer. He really knows what he is doing and gets straight to the root of the problem. Every session is efficient, focused, and built around a clear goal. His advice is practical and easy to follow, which makes a real difference between sessions. The reception staff are also great, friendly, organised, and welcoming. Highly recommend.
I had my therapy sessions with Zaki for around 5-6 times. All of which were really comfortable. Zaki listens fully on what you feel is going on in your body before he does a thorough physical check to identify the issues then did manual therapy before giving me exercises to do at home. Started really weak inner hamstrings & glutes that made valgus knee felt worse and overtime go better to the point I’m able to stand on 1 leg balancing well. Receptionist support was smooth & prompt :) both on WhatsApp and in clinic

Physiotherapy session fees in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session for private clinics, depending on the complexity of the assessment and the techniques used. First-consultation fees may differ from follow-up session rates. Package pricing — for example, a block of six or eight sessions — is common and usually offers a modest saving over pay-per-session rates. Confirm before booking whether the initial assessment carries a separate fee, whether consumables such as taping materials or electrotherapy are billed separately, and whether GST is included in the quoted rate. Physiotherapists in Singapore can be seen directly without a GP referral. However, a referral letter from your doctor can be helpful in two situations: if you intend to claim against an insurance policy or MediSave (where applicable under approved schemes), or if your condition involves a complex diagnosis that benefits from shared clinical notes. At the first visit, you will typically complete an intake form covering your medical history, medications, and presenting complaint. The physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment before recommending a treatment plan. If your condition involves post-operative rehabilitation or a neurological component, bring any relevant discharge summaries or imaging reports to the first appointment.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. AHPC registration is verifiable on the public AHPC online register at healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by name to confirm the practitioner's registration status and any conditions on practice. No regulatory licences have been listed on this KakiList profile, so we recommend asking the clinic directly for the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number and confirming it on the register before beginning treatment. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
