Real Health Medical TCM (Clementi) is a traditional Chinese medicine practice operating in Singapore, listed under the Wellness category on KakiList. Patients typically begin with an initial consultation covering their presenting condition — whether musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, fatigue, fertility support, or general wellness maintenance. The TCM physician will conduct tongue and pulse diagnosis alongside a clinical history before recommending a treatment plan, which may include acupuncture, herbal prescription, tui na, cupping, or a combination. Patients should clarify upfront whether sessions are charged individually or as part of a package, and confirm the cancellation and no-show policy before committing to recurring treatment.
To get started, contact Real Health Medical TCM (Clementi) directly by phone or via the enquiry form to book a first consultation and confirm current appointment availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a great experience here and would like to commend two outstanding team members. 1. Receptionist 存庆 存庆 is exceptionally polite, sincere, and welcoming. He is approachable, friendly, and ready to assist patients with patience and professionalism. His positive attitude creates a very comfortable first impression. 2. Chiropractor Simon Simon is an amazing chiropractor who stands out for his clear and detailed explanations. He takes the time to help patients understand their condition and treatment process, which I really appreciate. His skills are remarkable, and I felt very comfortable and confident under his care. No GP referral is required to book a TCM consultation in Singapore — you can contact the clinic directly. At your first visit, the physician will conduct a structured intake covering your medical history, current medications, and presenting complaint, followed by tongue and pulse diagnosis. Patients with complex chronic conditions or those on anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, or cancer treatment should inform the physician at booking, as certain herbal formulas and acupuncture points carry contraindications. Bringing a summary of existing diagnoses or recent blood test results is useful, particularly for ongoing conditions. If you intend to claim against an insurance policy or a corporate medical benefit, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral letter for TCM reimbursement before attending.
