About Redot Employment Services LLP
Redot Employment Services LLP is a domestic-help agency based at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road, offering maid placement services islandwide in Singapore. It holds a KakiList verified status and carries a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5, though this is based on 17 reviews and should be treated as directional only. When engaging a maid agency, households should confirm the agency's MOM EA Licence number — verifiable on MOM's online EA directory — before paying any deposit. Key cost components to clarify include the placement fee (typically S$1,500–3,500 for a new-hire helper, or S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper), the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on source country and experience), and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm what is bundled into the agency fee — such as mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — versus what is billed separately. Source-country options typically include Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka. Also clarify the replacement guarantee window and the repatriation cost should the placement break down.
To proceed, contact Redot Employment Services LLP by phone to request a full written quotation covering placement fee, helper salary, levy, insurance, and the terms of any replacement guarantee before making a commitment. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
I have engaged Angeline since 5 years ago and she has been very attentive and reasonable. She helped me to exit 2 horrible maids and without any additional charges for the replacement within 6 months. The recent one was beyond horrible and made false statement towards me and the agency. She was the one requesting to go home so Angeline took initiative to arrange driver to send the maid to airport and provided her 2 meals before sending her to airport at night. We have photos to prove her lies and have sent it to MOM for feedback. Encountering bad helpers is not entirely on agency esp. for those dishonest helpers who tried to smoke everyone. The most important thing is how the agency handled each situation with professionalism and empathy to ensure both parties felt heard and respected which I can see from here.
Worst EA Angeline. I was given a helper in Sept 2024. For 6 months I kept giving EA feedback that helper is not suitable but they insisted for me to keep FDW. FDW was a terror! She stole my clothes, wore my clothes, post tik tok / fb live videos with my clothes in my room & even my house! She even video calls different man daily at late hours in midnight. I was told to manage her by taking away her phone. After 5.5 months, she still posted my dog video on her WhatsApp status without my permission! Agency reviews below definetly not reliable. This agency will force you to keep helper till 6 months so they don’t need to pay 50% agency fee back & then after 6 months they will ask you to repatriate helper back instead of sending back to agency, when you do this they will say they will not refund balance loan! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND
Angeline was very helpful and attentive. Helped me to match the right helper that suits my needs. She also conduct regular monthly follow up with me and the helper for the first few months to ensure healthy relationship, very recommended!
Angeline of Redot Employment had been very professional and helpful in recommending a helper for me and my family. She is empathetic towards my situation and the urgent need to look for a reliable helper. I am very glad to be able to find one through Angeline.

Placement fees at maid agencies in Singapore typically range from S$1,500 to S$3,500 for a new-hire helper, or S$500 to S$1,500 for a transfer helper already in Singapore. On top of the placement fee, you will pay the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM monthly levy (S$300 standard, or the concessionary S$60 if your household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm in writing what the agency fee includes — mandatory FDW insurance (approximately S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, the pre-employment medical examination, and Work Permit application are sometimes bundled and sometimes billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold a MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable by name or licence number on MOM's online EA directory. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. EA Grading runs from A+ to C, with A+ and A indicating stronger compliance and complaint-handling records. No MOM EA Licence has been confirmed in Redot Employment Services LLP's current listing data on KakiList. You should verify the agency's licence status directly on the MOM EA directory before paying any deposit. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no legal recourse if the helper absconds or the agency closes, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
The standard replacement guarantee at most Singapore maid agencies covers a window of approximately six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or more free replacements included within that period. Ask specifically what circumstances void the guarantee — a documented mismatch in duties or temperament is typically covered, whereas a change of mind on the employer's part may not be. Also clarify the process and cost for replacements outside the guarantee window, and understand the early-termination process — if the placement breaks down, the household is responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, unused levy refund, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork. As Redot Employment Services LLP's specific guarantee terms are not confirmed in the current listing, contact the agency directly by phone to get these terms in writing before committing.
