Was referred by a friend who introduced the agency to me. We are thankful to the agent Jing Hong for him patience and understanding throughout the entire process. He listened to our requirements, provided thoughtful recommendations, and never pressured us into making decisions. Even when we had hesitation or additional requests, he remained responsive and provided us with useful guidance. His willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out, and we felt well-supported at every stage. So far, the fresh helper we hired has been very helpful. It is clear that the training centre has trained her well, as she is able to carry out the tasks efficiently.

Really disappointed with Regent Maid Agency. Communication was a big problem from the start — messages were often ignored, and when I finally got a reply, the information was incomplete or inconsistent. It felt like I had to chase them for every little update. They also did not take my requirements seriously. I explained clearly the kind of helper I needed, but the candidate they sent over was completely different from what we discussed. On top of that, several hidden charges were only revealed at the last stage, which made the whole experience feel very dishonest. When I raised these issues, the staff showed no sense of responsibility and just kept pushing me to confirm quickly. I honestly expected a lot more professionalism, especially since this is not a small expense. Service was really poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.

This is a long overdue review. Regent maid agency has been very helpful. My mums helper is with her for 1.5yrs. From the 1st replacement, they have been very helpful and until now, when I need advices, Alexis from Regent has been very kind and helpful. never once she didn't reply to my queries. I would definitely recommend Regent maid agency to my friends(which I did!) Keep up the good work!!

Deeply disappointed with the experience in hiring the second helper from the agency. Be careful if you are hiring helper for infants and prepare doing due diligence yourself as the agency failed in our case.
