Those seeking physiotherapy typically begin with a first consultation, during which the practitioner takes a detailed history, assesses the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or a chronic complaint — and sets out a proposed treatment plan. From there, clients may opt for individual sessions or a recurring package depending on clinical need. It is worth confirming the session format, cancellation and no-show policy, and whether the treating physiotherapist holds registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), which is the statutory body for physiotherapists in Singapore.
To take the next step, reach out to Rehab Space via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and book a first consultation.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.

I have totally enjoyed working out at Rehab Space (Super Senior Pgm) under guidance by Melissa. She is professional, knowledgeable and patient in guiding us throughout the 10 sessions of the pgm. The studio is clean and sufficiently equipped and I like that some exercises were done using the Reformer machine. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for guided help in building strength and to improve overall fitness.

Rehab Space is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-session or package fees are not publicly disclosed. For physiotherapy in Singapore, private clinic consultations typically run S$80–150 per session, with follow-up sessions and treatment packages offering a lower per-visit rate. First-consultation fees sometimes differ from subsequent visits. Confirm whether the quoted rate covers assessment, hands-on treatment, and any modalities used (ultrasound, dry needling, taping), or whether these are billed separately. Ask also about cancellation and no-show charges before committing to a package. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Physiotherapists in Singapore can be seen without a GP referral, though a referral letter — including any imaging results, diagnosis, or discharge summary — is useful for complex or post-surgical cases and may also be required if you intend to claim through MediShield Life, an integrated shield plan, or corporate insurance. At a first visit, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, current symptoms, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals. Certain conditions (recent fracture, active infection, undiagnosed pain) may require medical clearance before treatment begins. If you are claiming through insurance, check your policy's physiotherapy benefit and pre-authorisation requirements before booking.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at a.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name before committing to treatment. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Rehab Space on KakiList. This does not necessarily indicate non-compliance, but it does mean you should confirm the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic before your first session. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
