A good design usually focus on the aesthetic and functional aspect but it is always the attention to details that will add value to a good design as it takes care of the life-cycle of the product and ergonomic of its end user. The interviews Kelvin had with us over several sessions to understand our lifestyle and character seems mundane at first but he was able to design the space around what he learned about us in those conversation. From the design of space, to treatment of waterproofing, the setting out of tiles, selection of colours, the height of switches and cabinets, to the type of lights to create the desired mood and reduce glare, nothing seems too minute to him. I have to give credit to Kelvin of Renaissance Planners for the attention to details. The outcome of these attention to details yield a design that exceeds our expectation and we think the design will transpire time.

Kelvin and his team provided the services for the reconstruction of my family home during 2020-2022. Despite the difficult COVID situation, the project was completed in a timely manner. Kelvin undertook extensive renovations for my house. His design was very current while at the same time maximizing the use of space in the home. He was also very attentive to our requirements and very open to making changes to the design. He had to work under extreme time pressure as I had to move into the house within a very short period of three months after collecting the keys to the house. Kelvin is extremely helpful, down to finer details of helping me move into the house. His "after-market" service is also very much appreciated, even when it came to helping me resolve problems in the house that were done by other contractors. I strongly recommend Kelvin if you are looking for a designer that provides start-to-finish help with your home.
