Enquiring begins with confirming your event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, theatre seating, or a hybrid — since capacity changes substantially across these configurations, with cocktail capacity typically running 1.5–2× the banquet seated number. Resorts World Sentosa MICE can be reached by WhatsApp, phone, or web form to discuss floor plan options, in-house F&B arrangements versus external-caterer terms, A/V provision (PA, projector, screen, lighting, microphones), aircon hours, and setup and teardown access windows, which are often outside the rented session. Confirm the noise curfew, parking access — the integrated resort has in-house parking with Sentosa Island entry fees to account for — lift and ramp accessibility, and whether the specific space holds SCDF fire-safety certification.
To take the next step, contact Resorts World Sentosa MICE directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request a site recce, confirm availability for your event date, and obtain a written package proposal detailing capacity, F&B policy, A/V inclusions, setup access, and the deposit and rescheduling terms before committing.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Such a wonderful place. Incredible decoration, so many beautiful flowers, and as we visited during the Chinese New Year, a lot of Chinese decorations. So many things to do, that we had to come here three days. You must visit the beaches, Universal Studios, the Oceanarium, and all the fun food places. There’s also Scentopia, axe throwing on mini golf. Definitely a must visit in Singapore.
Absolutely loved the island. So much to see and do. The beaches are fabulous. The free transport inside the island is brilliant! Food isn't too expensive and plenty of choice. Plenty of restrooms, showers etc Would definitely recommend a visit and would come again.

Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore I recently had the opportunity to visit Resorts World Sentosa, and it was truly a memorable experience. The place offers a perfect blend of entertainment, luxury, and family-friendly attractions all in one location. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt vibrant and well-organized. The resort is beautifully designed, clean, and easy to navigate. Universal Studios Singapore was a major highlight — exciting rides, lively shows, and a fun environment for both adults and children. The S.E.A. Aquarium was equally impressive, offering a peaceful yet fascinating look at marine life. Resorts World Sentosa MICE uses a package pricing model, and rates vary by space, format, and event date. As a general market reference, function rooms at integrated resort venues typically run S$300–1,500+/hour, with full-day or per-event packages for ballrooms ranging from S$8,000 to S$30,000+ depending on room size and inclusions. Itemise what is included in any quoted package: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA system, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access. Add-ons to confirm separately include external-caterer corkage (typical S$3–8/pax if permitted), in-house F&B minimum spend, liquor corkage, extended-hours surcharge, and any photography or videography permit fees. Sentosa Island entry costs for guests and vehicles should also be factored in. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Resorts World Sentosa MICE operates multiple event spaces across the integrated resort, so capacity depends on the specific venue selected. Confirm the capacity for your event format — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5–2× the banquet seated number, while theatre seating sits between the two. Request a floor plan and discuss layout flexibility before committing. For F&B, clarify whether the space requires in-house catering, permits an external caterer (with or without corkage and an approved-caterer list), or allows BYO beverages with corkage. Integrated resort venues often set a minimum F&B spend per pax as part of the package, which may effectively replace or offset the hall rental. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the specific space is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a Justice of the Peace must be arranged separately.
A deposit — typically 30–50% of the package value — is required to secure the event date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings, particularly during wedding season (March–April and October–November) and major corporate event periods, book out well in advance, so early enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew applicable to the specific space, parking arrangements and any Sentosa Island entry charges for guests, and accessibility provisions including lifts, ramps, and accessible toilets. Ask what is covered if a force-majeure event — such as a weather event or public-health restriction — requires postponement; reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying the deposit is standard practice and strongly recommended. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
