About RoomKiosk Tanjong Pagar
RoomKiosk Tanjong Pagar is a venue rental provider located at 10 Anson Rd, International Plaza, in the Tanjong Pagar CBD district. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. However, ACRA registration has not been confirmed, no regulatory licences are on record, and the Google rating of 1.6 across 11 reviews — a very small sample — should be treated with significant caution and weighed carefully before booking.
Enquiries can be submitted via the contact form. When reaching out, confirm the room capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating each yield different figures, with cocktail capacity typically 1.5–2 times the banquet seated number. Ask about layout flexibility, in-house F&B or external-caterer policy (including any corkage or approved-caterer list), A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), aircon operating hours, soundproofing, and noise curfew. Confirm setup and teardown access windows — these are often outside the rented slot — as well as parking arrangements, lift and ramp accessibility, and any photography permit requirements. SCDF fire-safety certification applies to any built event venue and is worth confirming.
To proceed, submit an enquiry via the contact form with your event date, format, and estimated headcount, then request a site recce before paying any deposit.

Disgusting. Room reeked of stale takeout food. Zero ventilation. Not soundproof at all. Halfway through my call while I was talking, someone came into my room and turned off my lights (all four rooms’ light switches are controlled by a fuse box in room 4). When I raised a refund request, RoomKiosk denied it saying they cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the room.
Rooms are really tiny and in comfortable. Thr walls are so thin it so so loud from the neighbouring rooms. Cost is also so high as compared to others. For a cheaper price elsewhere, the room is more comfortable and comfortable. Been here several times and always leave with regrets (came with others).
Check in and out was very easy and simple. Location is awesome. BUT Rented this room for a meeting and it smelled horrible! The room next door (1 seater) was ok. You guys really need to steam clean the carpet in this one.
I recently rented a meeting room for a study session, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room next to us was extremely noisy, with loud singing, shouting, and musical instruments being played non-stop for the entire two hours we were there. Despite the facility's rule to "refrain from activities that cause noise, such as shouting or listening to loud music," this guideline was not enforced. Additionally, the advertised soundproofing was ineffective. We could clearly hear everything from the neighboring room, which greatly disrupted our concentration and privacy. As someone with experience in renovation and soundproofing, I found the noise levels unacceptable and indicative of inadequate soundproofing measures. To make matters worse, the room we were in had a strong urine smell. It was unclear whether the odor originated from the nearby washroom or if someone had urinated in the room previously. This made the hygiene level of the facility extremely questionable and added to our discomfort. On a positive note, the table space in the room was quite good and well-suited for study sessions or small meetings. However, the lack of adherence to noise guidelines and the poor hygiene conditions overshadowed this benefit. While I understand that the noisy room's occupants might be frequent customers, consistent enforcement of noise rules is essential to ensure a positive experience for all users. If these issues are not addressed, it could deter potential new clients despite the affordable pricing. Overall, the lack of adherence to noise guidelines, the insufficient soundproofing, and the poor hygiene made for a disappointing experience. I hope the management will take steps to improve these aspects to provide a better environment for future customers.
The area was honestly quite unpleasant. The room was dirty all around, there was even a weird stench... Not sure what it is. Thankfully we were the only ones, but there was definitely 0 soundproofing. If anyone wants a quiet area to meet this is definitely not the place, especially if there's another group present.

Capacity figures and F&B policy have not been published for this listing. When enquiring, confirm the maximum headcount for your event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating all produce different figures, with cocktail capacity typically 1.5–2 times the banquet seated number.
