Nigel (Lim) went above and beyond not just in design, but in managing the entire renovation process. When a major hiccup came up (the set of tiles we originally wanted was OOS and waiting for the new shipment would have delayed the project), Nigel stepped in immediately. He went down to Hafary to source for a few more options, updated the renderings with the new tiles and shared them with us. He provided the alternatives within the same day, and kept everything on schedule without compromising the look we wanted.
