Prior to this, i have tried online podcasts which was helpful, but only helpful to certain extent as some experiences are more deeply rooted and requires professional assistance to properly process. Gladys always has a cheerful vibe and is very understanding and emphatic and tries to understand the situations by prompting deeper questions, which in the process enlightened me as I didn't think of it from those angles before.
