Very disappointing experience. Please be cautious when dealing with Sita. She speaks very nicely, but her actions did not match her words. What was promised was not delivered. Additionally, the insurance amount that the insurance company sent to her was not passed on to us more than 6 month completed.very worst service

Please do NOT ever seek the services of Sai Recruitment. They sent my elderly mother who lives alone a transfer helper (from their personal friend who had engaged their services) and who had explicitly requested to be sent home. They had used a $2000 fine as a way to arm twist the helper into being transferred to my mother. From the moment, she stepped into my mother's house, the helper began crying and insisted on being sent home. Sai Recruitment then sent their employee, a Ms Karthiga, to handle the situation who basically sat for hours in my mother's house and could not solve the problem, saying her boss was not around. When my mother then spoke to a Ms Sita who apparently is the boss, she merely said the helper (who did no work except cry) is no more their problem and she was off to Bangkok for vacation. Ms Sita, refused to entertain any of my calls or texts. After two days of tears and distress, we bought tickets back to India and personally drove the helper to the airport. Following this, we asked for a refund of the fee paid to the agent as we had lost faith in this agency and we did not select this agency in the first place. For the past 3 months, despite numerous texts and emails and chasing and waiting, and despite a Mr Junaidi from MOM reaching out to them, they have merely paid lip service, saying they will refund us but as of this moment of sending this review, nothing has been received. They wrote to MOM that they would refund the service fee and we had to liaise directly with their insurance company for a refund. They asked for paynow details. Despite all details being given to them, they have yet to refund the money. Weirdly, I even received a dodgy text from Ms Karthiga, asking for my mother's contact (which they already have) and when probed further for a reason, I received a mysterious "house rent" response. It seems that we are not the first victim of this company. Even a trip to small claims court, has not been sufficient for them to have more integrity. The fact that this dishonest agency is even continuing to operate is a crying shame and evidence of how much this industry is unregulated by MOM that all sorts of people are able to set up employment agencies. I am now considering writing to the MP, making a police report, going to CASE and small claims court as even MOM seems powerless against this agency and there does not seem to be any other way to seek redress. They have caused my mother and my family an unnecessary amount of stress, all because we placed our faith in the wrong people. Do yourselves a favour and please avoid any entanglements with this horrendously unscrupulous nightmare of a company and boss. I would also strongly urge you to take any positive review you read of them with a huge pinch of salt. They deserve none of it.

This agency is run by an unscrupulous owner. They placed an unsuitable helper with us and refused to return any of our money, including health insurance refunds. All requests met with radio silence. Even a small claims court case did not encourage them to settle our dues. We made a huge mistake in trusting them!

Please don't get trapped by this agent. She is not to be trusted at all. I have had a horrible experience with her and have lost my mind dealing with her.The Bio Data they send of the helpers is mostly incorrect filled according to their own convenience. She thinks she is super smart and no one can look through her manipulative capabilities.
