This was just a workshop that lasted one hour, but Sue-Ann managed to slow us down, those of us who are usually spinning at high speed on a roller coaster, and helped us connect with our bodies and senses, truly feeling our breath. What I enjoyed the most was closing my eyes and listening to the wonderful sounds of different frequencies produced by various instruments. It interacted with something inside me in a very magical way. As a healer and a counselor myself, I have attended many mind-body-spirit courses, and Sue-Ann's workshop was not about rational learning, but a whole-body experience. It is not just knowledge, but an awakening—a revival of an innate sense of perception, which is so beautiful. I am willing to recommend Sue-Ann to more people; it is a kind of destiny. This was my first Mindfulness Retreat and I had been eagerly looking forward to it! I was not disappointed today as I experienced a sense of deep relaxation and grounding right fron the start! I experienced many firsts today as well when I practised having an open mindset in everything we did together whether it was doing soft movements, mindful food art, mindful eating, learning about our well-being design and doing a team vision board..I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and it is a perfect 10 score for me. I would not hesistate to recommend Su-Ann and her amazing services to anyone who needs a “pause” in their journey or simply just to “reset” before going on to achieve even higher goals in the coming days ahead..but now doing it so with much quiet confidence, grace and steadfastness. I have eczema which means when I used bath salts, it stings my skin. Sue Ann specially made for me one with sugar instead of salt and I'm happy I can finally enjoy a bath scrub. Plus she added an extra personal touch so that it has all my favourite scents. Love it! Will definitely order again

I had always been curious about Body Talk. During the session, I was amazed by Sue-Ann's assessment of my patterns, which matched with what Healy analysed. It was the first transformation experience. My second session with Sue-Ann. When Sue-Anne offered me Veithim-Method Lymphatic Drainage last weekend, I knew this was what I needed at this moment. During the session, the gentle touch and guidance helped my energy to flow. I was surprised I felt a sudden movement on my left ovary and another movement on my left leg. Something shifted. Thank you, Sue-Ann for these two amazing treatments. I know it is not about the different modalities. it is Sue-Ann who knows what I need most and offers the right therapy for me. Once in a while, you gotta give yourself a break, regardless physically or mentally. Few Fridays ago, I had the opportunity to enjoy a half-day mindfulness retreat conducted by the beautiful Sue-Ann from @our_sacred_sanctuary With our busy lifestyle, it is really normal to neglect ourselves, especially when our bodies and brains are screaming for help. This retreat is really an important reminder for me to be less impatient & to forgive ourselves. Through this, we’ve experienced mindful walking outdoor, meditation, mindful breathing, mindful photography, movements & aromatherapy. It’s amazing how in just half a day, we gotta know so much about ourselves.
