Reliable and efficient staffs. I would like to compliment Ms Ros, Ms Diyana and Ms Huda for assisting me to get a helper. They have been helpful and efficient with their prompt response and advices. And given to my complicated situations (which to be honest about to give up), they are very reliable and assist me all the way (which took almost 3months) until i'm approved to secure a helper. This is my second time engaging SMR Maid Agency, and I’m truly impressed with how much they have improved. As a busy working mum, it’s always difficult for me to take multiple days of leave just to settle applications and documentation.
