We were recommended by a friend! Copying from our qanvast review: We had a pleasant working experience with Enzo and Mandy, who were always responsive throughout the entire process. From the start of the process, we were able to pretty much leave it to them to suggest laminates, paint codes, tiles, etc, that suit our theme. Enzo has a strong eye for design and was able to suggest practical yet aesthetic ideas that suited our lifestyle. For example, he suggested ways to expand our dining area to maximise living space. He would also provide realistic assessments of ideas we see online, and explain the pros and cons of each design and material. Whenever there were issues, they tried their best to quickly address it. We also really appreciated that the handover was ahead of schedule.

As a first time home owner, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Raymond for the renovation of my 3-Room resale flat. From the initial meeting, he was sincere and open to my ideas/vision for the house. He understood my budget and requirements well and tried his best to give helpful and practical advice to help me with my decision making, especially as a first time home owner. Thereafter, during pre-reno phase, he was easy to communicate with and quite responsive to my queries and brought me through all the selection of materials and renovation related stuff in a manageable way. (It can get overwhelming with so many decisions to make!) The company's payment process was also very transparent. During the renovation, the whole process went along well with little hiccups and it adhered to the timeline Raymond had planned out. Even when there were issues, he would take the initiative to troubleshoot or offer practical suggestions and advice. There was open communication the whole time and that reduced the stress of renovating the house. I am truly happy with how the house had turned out, especially with my kitchen. :) He helped me bring my vision for the house to life well and was so sincere, open and straightforward with me about all things renovation related. Thankful to have found an ID like that to work with!

From the design phase to the final handover, the entire renovation process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The team was very attentive to details, listened patiently to our needs, and offered creative yet practical solutions that truly fit our lifestyle. The workmanship was excellent, and the quality of materials used was consistent throughout. They also managed to keep to the timeline and budget, which I really appreciated. gonna copy and paste from my Qanvast review cause I'm too lazy to rewrite it: We found E&S through a friend's recommendation and got paired with Huda. From the start, Huda was very invested in our project (yay to having similar style preferences) and was very on the ball with the project management. Through the little nuggets of inspo photos we shared, she put together a 15 page lookbook after the first meeting. Her project management skills were superb, always updating us through the group chat on progression of the renovation, booking our time to go tiles/fixtures shopping, even providing us styling tips on furniture choosing. This was over the Christmas/New Year period so really appreciate her making life easier for us. We were very hands off with the reno process, and Huda made it a breeze to work with her. Any issues that we pointed out were rectified very fast. If it was due to an oversight on her part, there were no additional charges for rectification, which we really appreciated. Even after moving in and handing over the project, she was also very prompt to answer us if there were any issues we pointed out. If there was a bone to pick, maybe she could have engaged us more with different options? But again, we were so hands off I think it would have slowed down the process more if we had more options to choose at every point.

We had the pleasure of working with Enzo and Mandy from Eames & Scale to renovate our newly bought 30-year-old apartment, which needed a complete overhaul while accommodating our existing furniture. We first heard about Eames & Scale through a friend who had a positive experience with Enzo. During our selection process, we shortlisted three firms, provided each with the same brief, and met them three times before making our decision. Although Eames and Scale did not offer the lowest quote, they stood out for several reasons: (a) They truly listened. We shared the measurements of our existing furniture with all three firms, but Eames & Scale was the only one to incorporate every item into their drawings by the second meeting. (b) They are experienced designers. We especially enjoyed the brainstorming sessions with Enzo and Mandy. They responded thoughtfully to our feedback and sketched ideas on the spot, turning our discussions into practical design solutions. (c) They uphold high standards. Even after we approved earlier drawings, they continued refining and improving the design proactively. (d) They demonstrated transparency. They were the only firm that volunteered to bring us to view a recently completed project, where we could assess the workmanship and speak directly with the homeowner. Throughout the renovation, they installed a video camera so we could monitor progress in real time from our phones. They responded promptly to our questions and even flagged issues we hadn’t noticed. After completion, Enzo and Mandy remained responsive, arranging for checks and rectifications quickly whenever needed. The renovation was completed on time and within budget. The final design is both functional and beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We would gladly recommend Enzo and Mandy to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful interior designer.
