About Sea Friends Singapore
Sea Friends Singapore is a venue rental provider located at Sentosa Cove, offering event spaces for islandwide enquiries. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It carries a 4.9/5 rating across 151 Google reviews, which is a robust sample and a strong positive signal. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though specific figures are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the venue.
Enquiring about Sea Friends Singapore begins with confirming the capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating each yield different numbers, with cocktail typically running 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated count. Prospective hirers should clarify the F&B policy (in-house catering, approved external caterers, or BYO with corkage), A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), aircon hours, noise curfew, and whether setup and teardown access falls within or outside the rented window. As a Sentosa Cove address, parking arrangements, Sentosa island-entry charges for guests, and accessibility via road or the Sentosa boardwalk should all be confirmed in advance. For wedding solemnisations, verify whether the venue holds a ROM registration or whether a separate Justice of the Peace must be arranged.
To take the next step, reach Sea Friends Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your preferred event date, expected headcount, and event format, and request a site recce before paying any deposit — this is the standard first step for any venue booking at this price point.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Incredible service and time spent with seafriends! Really helpful staff onboard that’ll help you with about everything you need for a fuss free experience. Have been chartering with them a couple of times. Definitely worth the experience

Our family celebrated a birthday on the yacht with Sea Friends and it was a very memorable and enjoyable birthday celebration. Capt Gerald and Elijah were very friendly and professional, telling us stories (like the origin of Sister Islands) and giving us nuggets of info about the maritime life in Singapore. They helped us take tons of photos at many different angles to capture the beautiful memories. When we accidentally dropped our phone into the sea, they immediately jumped into the water to help us retrieve it. When we paddled to the beach on Lazarus Island, they even gave us complimentary soft drinks and bottled water to make sure we stay hydrated. They even played with our kids on the beach and our kids told us that was the most enjoyable day of their life! They taught us how to do the jump shot from the yacht and even paddled out so that they could capture the perfect video for us. It was a really awesome trip and we will definitely recommend Sea Friends to everyone for their impeccable service. Definitely the best we have ever experienced.
We had a great tine on board Elegance 105, which we rented for our team building event. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew, who made sure everything ran smoothly as planned. Captain Daniel & his crew members were also very professional, friendly, helpful & ensured we had a safe, pleasant & fabulous time on board. We highly recommend Sea Friends to anyone who wants a feel of a true luxury yacht, along with all the fun activities on board, such as BBQ, Bar, Karaoke, Water activities, view of the beautiful sunset, Citylights & more.
The experience was awesome! Every members from Sea friends will go extra miles to ensure we enjoy the sail & look after every single one of us. I will not hesitate to recommend sea friends to anyone who wish to have memorable & unique experience out in sea.

Sea Friends Singapore operates on a package pricing model, but specific rates are not publicly listed and must be requested directly. As a general Singapore market reference, function-room and event-space packages at boutique venues typically range from S$1,500–8,000+ for a half-day, and S$8,000–30,000+ for full-day ballroom-scale events. Hourly hall rates for smaller function rooms usually run S$100–500/hour with a two to four hour minimum. Itemise what is included before signing: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and crucially, setup and teardown access windows — these are often outside the rented hours. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage for BYO, and extended-hours surcharges. Given the Sentosa Cove location, also confirm whether any Sentosa island-entry or parking fees are passed through to the booking. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity varies significantly depending on event format — a space that seats 80 guests banquet-style can typically hold 120–160 standing cocktail. Confirm the exact numbers for your planned layout before committing, and ask whether the floor plan can be reconfigured. As a Sentosa Cove waterfront venue, outdoor or alfresco areas (if any) will have separate capacity limits and wet-weather contingency requirements. For F&B, confirm whether the venue operates in-house catering only, permits external caterers (with or without corkage, and whether an approved-caterer list applies), or allows BYO with a corkage charge. In-house F&B venues typically set a minimum spend per pax in lieu of a hall rental fee. If alcohol service is included, verify that the venue holds a Liquor Licence. For wedding solemnisations, ask whether Sea Friends Singapore is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace independently.
Standard Singapore venue practice is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots — particularly during wedding season in March to April and October to November — tend to book out months in advance, so early enquiry is advisable for fixed dates. Confirm in writing: noise curfew (typically 10–11pm for venues in or near residential zones), parking and Sentosa island-access arrangements for guests, accessibility provisions (lift, ramp, accessible toilets), and the rescheduling or force-majeure policy. Reputable venues generally allow postponement within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit when circumstances are outside the hirer's control. A site recce before paying the deposit is strongly recommended — inspect the space at the time of day your event will run, and confirm all A/V equipment is operational.
