Was looking for an ID to do up our place and Melvin was assigned to take care of it. At first was worried as his ideas didn't really gel with ours but after a few rounds of discussion and amendments he managed to give us the design that we really loved (comfortable, space saving, chic). Renovation works went on smoothly and was constantly inspected by Melvin. Loved the workmanship by the team. We have moved in for 1 year now and Melvin will still check back with us on the works, making sure that all the works done is integrated well with our additions (furniture, appliances, etc). Really happy with the service rendered and thus inclined to add a review. Kudos to Melvin and SEDS for creating our little nest. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend at all. Lousy workmanship and barely into 6 months, paints start chipping and stuff. upon handover, there were still many defects not done and ID in charge no response at all. Photos are just to name 2.

Even before we confirmed her, she was already entertaining my endless questions and constant design changes (my husband gave up, but she didn’t!). Shu Xian was super patient, and always supportive. The final result? We LOVE our new home — all thanks to her hard work! (P.S. Thank you for putting up with all my requests… but you totally nailed the design idea, Shu Xian! 🫶🏼) Highly recommend if you want someone experienced, creative, and incredibly patient!
