Had a great stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The room was great, clean and welcoming. The view was nice. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a great location, they have a shuttle to ION Orchard which makes everything much easier since you can take the MRT basically anywhere from ION Orchard. Beautiful hotel and location. The gym was great and the Spa as well.

We had an absolutely incredible 5-day stay at Shangri-La Singapore. From the moment we checked in, the experience felt truly world-class. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. Our room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully appointed, and with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Waking up to that serene view every morning was a highlight in itself. The kids had an amazing time at the water play zone and the pool, and it became our favourite part of each day. The relaxing ambience around the hotel made the entire stay feel like a proper holiday getaway. Food was outstanding throughout — the buffet breakfast was exceptional, we enjoyed wonderful meals at the Waterfall restaurant and the poolside restaurant, and even the in-room dining was top-notch. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable family holidays we’ve had. Shangri-La Singapore delivers on every front with superb hospitality, great facilities, and a truly luxurious environment. A solid 5-star experience that we would gladly return to.

A very old charm hotel, well maintained and was totally packed over the weekend. They have a huge spread for breakfast and a lots of dishes to choose from, so one of the days we had the generic huge buffet breakfast and another day we opted for the traditional buffet breakfast at the lobby. I personally really enjoyed the small traditional breakfast at the lobby.

A recent two night stay before we moved on, and what a fantastic hotel it is. We had a tower wing deluxe room, overlooking the city. The entire hotel was spotless, slept like a log, and breakfast had everything you could think of and more. Ideal location, easy walk to the main shops on Orchard Road, and not too far if you wanted to walk all the way down to the Marina area either, though a short taxi ride is much easier in the heat of the day! All the staff were super helpful and made you feel genuinely welcome. Would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel with my brother for 5 nights. We were staying at garden wing and we loved the pool view. Rooms were spacious, comfortable bedding and great location. I really appreciate Chef Chua Hong who went extra miles to please guest . He prepared for me lactose free Danish and it was so delicious.
