I had followed this TCM for a year and was regularly served by Therapist Coco. She was Vietnamese but speak Mandarin very very well. Her massage was very good and easy to converse in any topics. She never failed to satisfy you once you mentioned where you need more focus and strength. Strongly recommended, nice room atmosphere with 2 full toilets.

I regularly go for massages and rarely compliment any service but this is honestly the best massage I've had in a long time. Toto somehow found all my sore spots and applied the right amount of pressure- was such a stressful week and my body has never felt lighter!! She was also super sweet and could understand my needs even tho I only spoke English haha. Was such a delight to find this place esp since I just randomly walked in- will deffo reco to all my friends and come back in the future

Excellent massage experience. Coco had good technique and strength, focusing well on areas with tension and back pain. The treatment was effective in relieving pain while also being relaxing and soothing. I left feeling refreshed and much less stiff.

My initial visit to this establishment today exceeded expectations. Had opt for oil massage 90mins and felt it is definitely worth it. The massage was exceptional, and Kiss, my massage therapist, skillfully addressed all my muscle tension. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and consider this among the best massage facilities I've encountered. Will definitely list this as my favourite place.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does SINC TCM charge per session?

SINC TCM displays a mid-range price indicator, but specific per-session fees are not publicly listed. For TCM clinics in Singapore, a first consultation with acupuncture typically runs S$60–120; follow-up sessions are usually S$50–90. Herbal prescriptions are billed separately, commonly S$20–60 per week depending on the formula. Some clinics offer package rates for a course of treatment (typically 6–10 sessions) that work out to a lower per-session cost than single bookings. Confirm the full fee breakdown — consultation, treatment, herbal medicine, and any consumables — before your first visit. Ask whether GST applies and whether a no-show or late-cancellation fee is charged. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

No referral is required to book a TCM consultation in Singapore. At SINC TCM, the first visit typically begins with an intake assessment — pulse and tongue diagnosis, a review of your medical history, current medications, and your presenting complaint or wellness goal. You do not need to bring a GP referral, though it is helpful to bring any recent blood test results or specialist reports if your condition has been investigated through Western medicine. If you intend to claim the consultation cost through an integrated shield plan or employer medical benefits, check with your insurer first — some policies cover TCM acupuncture when performed by a registered practitioner, and a referral letter can support the claim. Patients who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or take blood-thinning medications should flag this at booking, as certain TCM modalities carry contraindications.

Is the practitioner at SINC TCM licensed?

In Singapore, TCM practitioners who wish to practise acupuncture or prescribe Chinese herbal medicine must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), which is governed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act. Registration is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg — search by practitioner name to confirm active registration and the scope of licence (acupuncture, herbal medicine, or both). SINC TCM's regulatory licences are not listed in its current KakiList profile. Before booking, ask for the treating practitioner's full name and TCMPB registration number, and verify it on the public register yourself. Confirm the practitioner's registration before treatment.
