About Singapore Flyer Event Hall
Singapore Flyer Event Hall is an event venue located on Level 3 of the Singapore Flyer at 30 Raffles Ave, offering a distinctive setting for private and corporate functions. KakiList has verified operating details and the contact channel, and the venue holds a 4.5-star rating across 53 Google reviews — a moderate sample that lends reasonable confidence to that score. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range tier on a package basis; contact the venue directly for a full quote tailored to your event format and headcount.
Enquiries typically begin by submitting the online form with your event date, estimated headcount, and preferred layout format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating. It is worth confirming capacity across all three configurations, as cocktail standing capacity is typically 1.5–2 times the banquet seated figure. Ask about the F&B policy: whether catering is in-house, whether an external caterer is permitted (and whether a corkage fee applies), and whether there is an approved-caterer list. Key venue details to request in writing include aircon operating hours, A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), noise curfew, setup and teardown access windows outside the rented slot, parking arrangements (the venue is adjacent to the Marina Bay area with nearby paid carparks), and lift and ramp accessibility. Also confirm whether a Liquor Licence covers bar service on-site if your event includes alcohol.
To move forward, submit an enquiry through the online form with your event date and guest count, request a site recce before committing, and ask for the full package inclusions, deposit amount, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Lovely service, and definitely super appreciative of all the arrangements that the team has done. The lounge though, feels like something that was born out of the 80s, or at some old uncle hangout spot. Very bare bone set up, and does what it's supposed to transiting people from point of arrival to the time they board the Flyer. Available for those who are on the VIP package.
Service was good, the bar was normal. Used the Singapore rediscovery voucher for the vip experience.
Not much of an option in this place , a juice centre, a coffee and snack shop (small ). However there are many eateries nearby
The giant flyer is truly a fantastic experience, able to see the whole city from a bird view
Awesome ride but marred by the treatment at the Flyer Lounge... "need a minimum purchase to enter the area... sorry but please buy a drink" , even hotela have done away with such draconian practice. all the best to the business!

Singapore Flyer Event Hall prices its space on a package basis, but specific rates are not published — you will need to submit an enquiry form for a tailored quote based on your event date, format, and headcount. As a general reference, function rooms in Singapore typically run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while more distinctive or landmark venues often price on a per-event basis ranging from S$1,500–8,000+ for smaller events up to S$8,000–30,000+ for full-day ballroom-scale bookings. When you receive a quote, ask what is included: aircon hours, basic A/V equipment, on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if bringing your own, extended-hours surcharges, and photography or videography permits. GST will apply. Exact capacity figures for the Singapore Flyer Event Hall are not published and should be confirmed directly with the venue, as they vary significantly depending on layout — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5–2 times the banquet seated count, with theatre seating falling between the two. Request a floor plan and confirm whether partitioning or layout flexibility is available for smaller groups. On F&B, confirm whether catering is in-house only or whether external caterers are permitted and, if so, whether a corkage fee per pax applies and whether you must choose from an approved-caterer list. In-house F&B venues typically set a minimum spend per pax in lieu of a hall rental fee. If your event includes alcohol, verify that the venue holds a Liquor Licence or clarify the BYO corkage terms. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a separate Justice of the Peace arrangement is needed.
Specific booking and cancellation terms are not published and must be requested directly. As a general industry benchmark, most venues in Singapore require a deposit of 30–50% to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings — particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November — can book out 6–12 months ahead. Before paying any deposit, confirm the rescheduling policy for force-majeure situations such as public-health restrictions or severe weather, and ask whether the deposit is transferable to a future date within a set window. Also clarify the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm in venues near residential or mixed-use zones), parking availability, accessibility provisions (lift, ramp, accessible toilets), and how much time is included for setup and teardown outside the rented slot. A site recce before committing is standard practice and should be arranged before signing. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
