Just completed my 16 sessions with Slim Couture. Am very impressed with the results. After 2 months, my weight has dropped about 9 kg from 60.5kg to about 51.1 kg. Hope to lose another 2 kg more. Percentage fat loss has also dropped by 8%. Credit to the team at Slim Couture - Rainie, Zhi Jun, Patricia and Sarah. All of them are very friendly and encouraging in my entire treatment journey and always check in on my diet. The combination of Gua Sha, Cupping and follow a strict diet plan really works for me to lose my weight and fat loss. Will highly recommend those who have difficulties in losing weight to join this programme.
Signed a 8 session package, I have completed my 7th session today and I have lost 5.9kg (from 55.6kg to 49.7kg) so far in 22 days. Each session takes about an hour, staff are all friendly and chatty, makes time pass faster than you know. No pill intake and no hard selling so dont need to worry. It is purely achieved through guasha and cupping, supplemented by a strict diet that they recommend. Pain level is bearable especially when you keep the end goal in sight. It does help to shape the body. Feels really good to see forty something, definitely help to boost my confidence level. Looking forward to the last sprint now, hoping to shed abit more before I start to eat back normally. Overall, I am very satisfied with my own achievement. Thank you SlimCouture for making this possible!
Due to high blood pressure with reading between 146-160, was given 6 months to lose below 60kg if not, medication for life. I was introduced by a colleague who said that I can continue to eat as per normal on white meat, vegetables and fruits only. No slimming supplements intake. It was perfect for me. After 6 sessions of Gua Sha and cupping, my blood pressure reading was between 100-118 and maintain even after 6 weeks weighing 59kg previously 65kg. Consultants were encouraging and give detailed instructions on what not to eat and with their help on weekly meal plans which was effective on my weight loss. Very happy with results and gotten rid of my cellulite. I will continue to monitor my eating habits and weight after I have stopped this program and continue with monthly maintenance.
TCM Slimming @ Slim Couture I read many positive reviews and decided to give it a go as I had always been struggling with weight and stubborn cellulite issues. I'm really impressed by Slim Couture; - Friendly & encouraging staffs & good service that makes you feel comfortable during your sessions. - Non-invasive & safe treatment; treatment is pure guasha & cupping. While the guasha might be painful for the first few sessions (around first 6 for me), the pain will start to reduce as your cellulites soften and blockages clear up. No pain no gain! - No starving; you can still eat your 3 meals with a healthier dietary routine advised by the centre. The Results; - 85kg to 77kg in 15 sessions - Visible body shape, my thighs & hips are noticeably smaller & less bulky, something which I struggled with reducing in all my previous diets. My arms and waist has shed off quite a few cm(s) too. - Cellulites have really softened up - Overall I feel more energetic & have adopted healthier eating habits! I definitely would have lose more weight if I didn't have a few cheat days for social events. Highly recommended for anyone who are struggling with weight/cellulite issues!
I came across Slim Couture online and was intrigued by their unique treatments using gua sha and cupping. At first, I was a little nervous because I was afraid it might be painful. But after reading so many positive reviews and seeing the results others achieved—especially the fact that the weight loss seemed sustainable—I decided to give it a try. In the beginning, it was a bit hard to get used to, especially with the changes in diet, but over time I adapted. Once I got into the rhythm, everything felt more manageable. After each treatment, my body felt lighter, and I could see my shape becoming more defined. I also found it easier to control my eating habits and lifestyle choices. After two months, I’ve lost 10kg and I’m really happy with the results. The overall experience has been very satisfying, and I’m truly glad I gave it a shot.

Slim Couture TCM has not published a specific per-session rate on their listing; pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$). In Singapore, TCM consultation and treatment sessions typically range from S$60 to S$180 per visit depending on the modality (acupuncture, tuina, cupping, herbal prescription), session duration, and whether it is a first or follow-up appointment. Package deals for recurring treatment courses are common and can reduce the per-session cost. Confirm the full fee structure — including any first-consultation charge, consumables such as needles or herbal sachets, and the cancellation policy — before booking. Ask whether MediSave or insurance claims apply, as some registered TCM practitioners in Singapore accept MediSave for specific conditions under approved schemes. No formal referral is required to book an initial consultation at a TCM practice. However, the first visit will typically involve a detailed intake assessment covering your presenting condition, lifestyle, diet, and TCM body-constitution diagnosis (pulse-taking and tongue observation) before any treatment begins. If you have a complex or chronic medical condition, it is advisable to inform your GP before starting TCM treatment, particularly if you are on prescription medication — some herbal formulations interact with pharmaceuticals such as blood thinners. Bringing a list of your current medications and any recent test results will help the practitioner tailor the treatment plan appropriately. A GP referral can also support insurance or MediShield Life claims in certain circumstances, so check your insurer's requirements if cost recovery is relevant to you.
In Singapore, TCM practitioners — including acupuncturists and those prescribing Chinese herbal medicine — must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. This registration is a legal requirement, not a voluntary credential, and protects patients by ensuring practitioners have met prescribed training and examination standards. You can verify any TCM practitioner's registration on the TCMPB public register at the MOH website before attending your appointment. Ask for the consulting practitioner's full name and TCMPB registration number when booking. Note that Slim Couture TCM does not currently have regulatory licences listed on their KakiList profile, so confirming individual practitioner registration directly with TCMPB is especially recommended. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
