About Sol Therapy
Sol Therapy is a counselling practice based at 11 Keng Cheow St, #02-03, Singapore 059608, operating islandwide. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. It holds a Google rating of 4.7 from 13 reviews, though the small sample means this figure should be treated as directional only rather than conclusive.
Engaging Sol Therapy typically begins with an initial consultation, during which the counsellor will explore your presenting concerns or goals — whether these relate to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, work stress, or personal development. It is worth clarifying at this stage whether sessions are individual, couples, or family-based, the session format (in-person at the Keng Cheow Street office or online), session frequency, and the cancellation and rescheduling policy. Asking about the counsellor's therapeutic modality — for instance, cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred counselling, or acceptance and commitment therapy — helps establish whether the approach suits your needs. For complex or clinical presentations, a GP referral letter may assist with insurance reimbursement claims.
Reach Sol Therapy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to arrange an initial consultation and confirm current availability and session fees.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I joined the Neuro-Alignment Programme knowing it would take effort, commitment, and consistency. At first I was hesitant... Cos its not medical backed but medical team also offered very little help... The first week honestly wasn’t easy, and that was what Estee was very upfront about since this is a self directed brain retraining programme... What really stood out for me was Estee’s sincerity and how deeply she cares and understands what this journey is like. Having gone through CFS and fibromyalgia herself, she really gets it from lived experience, not just theory. I’ve suffered from CFS for 5 years and fibromyalgia for 2 years, and that level of understanding mattered a lot to me... I decided to go all in and put my full trust into the programme, the same way she once did. Slowly, things began to shift. I started noticing small changes, and over time, I felt so much relief from my long standing CFS and fibromyalgia... After trying medications and TCM with limited results, this programme helped me in ways nothing else did. I’m really really grateful I trusted myself and took this step with the NAP with Sol Therapy. Thank you so much, Estee. You truly are a blessing in disguise!! And the clinic is also very comfortable, relaxing, soothing and feels safe. I love being there...
Me and my wife had several couple therapy sessions and it was really helpful. With Michelle guidance we made things work much better. Michelle is a very kind hearted person, always positive and cheerful. She is excellent for somatic therapy, her hypnotherapy were stunning. I recommend her.
Me and my husband have been doing therapies together and individually with Michelle and it has been one of the best things we did! Michelle is an excellent and very knowledgeable professional, very kind and helpful and her patients are her priority. She truly helped a lot with some difficult times and we are very grateful for her support. Also, the hypnotherapy is a game changer, 100% recommended! Thank you Michelle and SOL for being with us!
It took me a while to restart seeking therapy, and it's always a bit of a muddle at the beginning, not knowing what to expect, what or who would be a good fit for you. I actually signed up for group therapy looking for affordability bıt Jayme reached out personally to gather more concerns that I had which was an appreciated gesture. It felt like an actual human connection, not just a designation or anything mechanical. I have been seeing Rosalin for 4 sessions now and I'm really thankful for the space and trust they have provided for me to honor the trying experiences I am currently going through. She provides me with a runthrough of what goes on through each session as I struggle to write notes and talk at the same time (I also have a tendency to omit certain frightening information in order to protect myself so this is very helpful) and provides simple tasks and tips for me to follow through in between sessions. I'm just honestly very glad and thankful for the help and guidance from Sol Therapy so far. Location-wise, convenient to walk from Clarke Quay MRT, and it is very cozy with good lighting, neutral tones, some greens and minimalist deco. Very soothing for the olfactory too.
The therapy recommended by Rosalin is useful. She is gentle and on point and it is conducted in a safe and comfortable space with no judgement. I gain more insights about my feelings and issues after every session. It has helped me move on quite a bit

Sol Therapy displays a '$$' price indicator but has not published a specific per-session rate on its listing. Counselling sessions in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$200 per session at private practices, with an initial consultation sometimes priced differently from follow-up sessions. Package deals (for example, a block of six or ten sessions) often carry a small discount over the per-session rate. Confirm the exact fee, any first-session consultation charge, and the cancellation or no-show policy before booking. Ask whether sessions are claimable under your employer's Employee Assistance Programme or any private health insurance you hold. See the full counselling cost guide for Singapore →
Most private counselling practices, including Sol Therapy, accept self-referrals — you can book directly without a GP letter. At the first session, the counsellor will typically conduct an intake assessment covering your presenting concerns, relevant history, current support network, and any prior therapy experience. This helps establish goals and choose an appropriate therapeutic approach. A GP referral is not mandatory but can be useful if you intend to claim reimbursement from private insurance, or if your concerns involve symptoms that may benefit from a parallel psychiatric or medical assessment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medication, your GP or a psychiatrist at a restructured hospital or polyclinic is the appropriate first point of contact.
Counselling in Singapore is not yet a statutorily regulated profession in the same way as physiotherapy or TCM, so there is no single mandatory licence. However, reputable counsellors hold credentials from recognised bodies such as the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), which sets ethical and training standards, or international equivalents such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Clinical psychologists are registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and, for those providing clinical services, with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Sol Therapy's listing does not currently specify the counsellor's credentials or professional membership. Before your first session, ask directly about the practitioner's qualifications, professional body membership, and years of practice experience to confirm the fit for your needs.
