Stream Creative has completed their renovation works for my newly purchased resale flat that took abt two months and I was impressed by how fast and efficient they were. My husband and I would like to extend our thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Rex for being such a wonderful ID ! You understood our vision for the house while giving your outmost honesty and sincerity in this project. You walked through with us in every detail of the design and being transparent about everything. We would like to commend Luis from Stream Creative on the amazing work in designing our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We recently engaged Luis to renovate our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable and well versed in design. With his expertise, he gave us many thoughtful and creative recommendations. During the project, he was on-site almost every day ensuring that the project was on track and gave us timely updates. We are very happy with the results, our kitchen and toilets looks amazing. We get plenty of compliments from our friends and visitors on how nice it is and that it looks like a condo or hotel (we are staying in a HDB)! We engaged Stream Creative after a thorough interview of 15 ID firms of all sizes. TLDR: No other firm leverages 3D Autocad drawings for the entire process, this is essential to visualise small and big decisions. Rex has guided the design process above and beyond my expectations, but also incorporates my inputs so the design feels like its made by me and my wife. The Detailed Review:- What impressed me was their Senior Designer, Rex. He was able to take all my vague preferences and really distill it into a unified, modern design, providing me enough options in the decision process to make me feel like it's my own unique design in the final 3D design, but at the same time, Rex will guide your choices to that unified theme, so you don't feel overwhelmed. (He'll also tell you what won't work and suggest an better alternative instead just sticking to a rigid theme, unlike some other designers) Rex was also the ONLY designer I've interviewed that uses computer software for the ENTIRE process. All firms generate 3D mock ups. But what sets Stream and Rex apart is that they use the software for the design, mock up, 2d drawing, electrical etc. This means that Rex is able to change any part of the renovation instantly and generate scale measurements, which is essential for understanding space constraints and proportion. (Also other firms say you can only change the mock up 3x, but with Rex I always have the latest mock up reflecting every small detailed lighting, material choice I make as I go along the entire process.) -- See my pictures attached for how the mock ups are applied. This is why a designer driven software is important. Basically Rex and Stream adopts an agile project implementation methodology, and really is a consultant and design advisor, on top of the contractor duties. Nothing irks me more than IDs who use gut feel and outsourced 3D mock ups and cannot give scale measurements at request.. Rex truly is a designer, but with the technical capabilities and eye for detail to meet my demanding requirements. He's also the project manager, and I do stop by for adhoc checks on the site and everything is done well with eye for detail. Rex guided us every step of the way after the design phase as well. Some notable instances: -- He went with us shopping for lighting (advising on how to best create ambience), curtains, wallpaper, and all plumbing, spending entire weekends with us, even if I take the whole day to make decisions. --He even came down on a Sunday to town to make sure that a few statement pieces I was buying matched the design theme of the entire house. -- This week, he spent 2 full nights past midnight helping us choose laminates color, customise our interior wardrobe design and to visualise our workflow for the whole house. (Look at the level of detail in the carpentry and how he can instantly change any request and render it in the 3D) All in, I'm halfway through the renovation, it's only been 3 weeks and so far Rex and Stream are on time, and Rex really puts in the extra mile every step of the way. I'm excited to recieve the handover in another 5 weeks and have full faith in an exceptional delivery. Will add photos of the final renovation once done.

Highly Recommend! They did a great job at designing my office and made it easy for me when it comes to deciding how I should position my office workstation/pantry, etc... They are very detailed and keeps me updated on the progress without me chasing them. Overall a great experience and value for money.
