About Stride Physiotherapy Singapore
Stride Physiotherapy Singapore is a physiotherapy practice located at Shenton House in the Central Business District, covering clients islandwide. It is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The practice holds a 5/5 rating across 62 Google reviews, a moderate sample that lends reasonable confidence to the score, though prospective clients should read individual reviews to assess fit with their own condition.
The typical patient journey begins with an initial consultation in which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history of the presenting complaint — whether musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological condition, or postural dysfunction — and conducts a physical assessment before agreeing a treatment plan. Subsequent sessions may combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as dry needling or ultrasound depending on clinical need. Patients should enquire about session length, whether a package or single-session arrangement is available, and the cancellation policy before committing. For those intending to claim through a corporate insurer or Medisave (where applicable for approved conditions), it is worth confirming the practice's billing arrangements in advance.
To make a first appointment, contact Stride Physiotherapy Singapore directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, and describe your condition briefly so the team can allocate the appropriate session length.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Strode Fitness & Clinic provided me with an excellent experience. Alongside the trigger point release therapy, the therapist Lorenzo demonstrated a basic exercise movement that I can do at home with the Theraband to reinforce my ankles.
Girlfriend booked a session for me with Lorenzo. I haven’t any major issues, just common occupational (office work) strains. Lorenzo did a simple diagnostic for mobility and advised what I could do to improve my back and neck soreness before proceeding with the clinical massage. It was amazing. At one point he stretched my back by rotating and gentle pulling my hip downward and I felt tension relief in my lower back (if you have minor lower back issues from just sitting or standing for prolonged periods are work I really recommend this) Also it’s conveniently located at Ann Siang next to a few cafes, nice space
Highly recommend Sylvia - she's extremely detailed, professional and great at what she does. Her assessments are spot on and highly tailored to my needs. Came in with terrible lumbar pain and after subsequent sessions of clinical massages, have felt a tremendous improvement in general pain levels and mobility in my lower back. She goes above and beyond, taking the effort to truly understand and target your pain points. She goes through techniques, postures and stretches that can be done post-session and beyond, serving as good preventive measures against possible injuries in future. Can't recommend Sylvia highly enough!
Lorenzo is amazing with helping me feel better when I encounter pain. After giving birth, I signed up for one to one training to gain more body control. Lorenzo has been really patient in every step and making sure I push myself just hard enough but yet not too much since I haven’t been working out for the past 9 months. Really nice and clean place too!
Serena has helped me tremendously last year with my troublesome shoulder. She worked wonders with her hands, helping me to better understand the injury and working hard on the various spots. After several sessions, I could feel the difference and i eventually recovered. I definitely would recommend her to my friends or anyone who needs help. You will be in safe and good hands.

Physiotherapy session fees in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session for private practice, depending on session length, the complexity of the condition, and whether additional modalities such as dry needling, shockwave therapy, or ultrasound are used. An initial assessment session is often priced higher than follow-up sessions. Some practices offer package rates for a fixed number of sessions, which can reduce the per-session cost. Confirm the exact fee, what is included in each session, and whether a separate charge applies for specific modalities before your first appointment. If you plan to claim through a corporate health insurer or an approved Medisave scheme, ask whether the clinic can issue the necessary itemised receipts. Most private physiotherapy clinics in Singapore accept self-referrals — you do not need a GP letter to book a first appointment, though having one can be helpful if your insurer requires it for reimbursement or if you are claiming through a specialist referral pathway. The first visit typically involves a detailed intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature and onset of the presenting complaint. The physiotherapist will conduct a physical assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. It is worth flagging any contraindications — recent surgery, osteoporosis, skin conditions, pacemakers, or pregnancy — at the time of booking so the clinician can plan the session appropriately. Patients with complex or chronic conditions may find it useful to bring relevant imaging reports or discharge summaries to the first appointment.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is individual and renewable; the public register is searchable on the AHPC website at ahpc.gov.sg, where you can verify a practitioner's name, registration number, and current standing. Stride Physiotherapy Singapore does not currently list specific regulatory licences on KakiList. Before your first appointment, ask for the consulting physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, and verify these on the public register. A legitimate, registered physiotherapist will have no hesitation in providing this information. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC register before treatment.
