My second time engaging Briana for renovation works, after 15 years! I am glad to have found her contact, after trying a few other IDs whom I could not trust to do the job well. Briana is a great problem solver, and she excels at multi-tasking too! She ensures that everything runs smoothly as scheduled and co-ordinated, with attention to details, and always providing timely updates while promptly seeking our requirements and feedback. We did lots of carpentry works this time, including a "dream house" play loft for the younger kid, and a "concert hall" feel for the living room, that turn out much more functional and nicer that we have expected. Thank you for taking in all our design considerations and addressing all concerns throughout all stages. I love Briana's hand-drawn designs the most, and the passion that she carries out her work both professionally and personally!
