Hired many maids through this agency and have recommended to many relatives in the early years. Was decent in initial years, but very disappointing in recent years. Quality of maid have also dropped, many have no intention to work for long , giving some excuses like missing home and kids and wants to go back right after 6 months mark. So I would use my “free transfer” and then hire another one. Then same thing happen! Really going in circles. During covid no follow ups just because the initial person I dealt with have left the company. Am I dealing w the staff or this company! Disappointing is the only word for this agency.
