About Summit Manpower Pte Ltd
Summit Manpower Pte Ltd is a maid agency operating islandwide from its Orchard Road office, listed on KakiList with verified contact details and ACRA registration confirmed. It holds a 4.9/5 rating across 271 Google reviews, a robust sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction. Pricing is displayed at the mid-range ($$) level on a package basis, which is consistent with standard maid agency placement fee structures in Singapore; contact Summit Manpower directly for exact figures.
When engaging a maid agency in Singapore, the process typically begins by clarifying whether you need a new hire or a transfer helper — new-hire placements carry a higher placement fee (typically S$1,500–3,500) than transfer helpers (typically S$500–1,500), but transfer helpers arrive with an employment history you can review. You will also need to factor in the helper's monthly salary (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or the concessionary S$60 rate if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Source-country options commonly include Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, each with different cultural backgrounds and experience profiles. Confirm what is bundled into the package — mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — versus what is billed separately, and ask about the replacement guarantee window and the repatriation cost if a placement breaks down early.
To get started, reach out to Summit Manpower via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your household's requirements, helper source-country preference, and levy eligibility before requesting a written fee breakdown.

Worst agency thus far. Don’t be fool by the 4.9 star review because these are written by the current helpers at the agency. Hiring process was smooth and efficient with prompt replies. However when issue with the domestic helper occurs, delayed replies, not responsive. Asked for a transfer maid because the current one who worked less than 3 months wants to go home. No solution given. Obviously I wanted someone with elderly care experience but those profiles that I received are those without. And I have to pay another $400 for replacement. It is very tiring that I have to keep chasing them for update. Hire at your own risk!
Highly recommended Agency and the whole staff especially ma'am Cori. She was very professional, kind, patient and always ready to assist. I truly appreciate everything your agency has done for me. Thank you maam Cori 🥰
A good and reliable agency, you dont have to worry about your application because they will do the best and fast as they can to process it. I can say Maam Cori was very approachable agent, she can advice you what to do. Maam Karen was great too. You will not regret of asking for a worker/employer because they will give you the good and best one for you. God Bless you more SUMMIT MAID AGENCY ✨🙌🏻
When I first approached Summit Maid Agency, we faced a couple of challenges – there were delays in processing paperwork and the first candidate we met wasn’t the right fit for our family’s needs. I was worried things wouldn’t work out, but Summit team from Lucky plaza branch was incredibly proactive. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained the reasons for the delays clearly, and quickly arranged for additional interviews with carefully screened candidates. They also took time to understand our household routines and preferences to match us better. We’ve now had our maid for nearly a year and she’s been wonderful – reliable, attentive, and a great fit for our family. Summit has also followed up regularly to check how things are going, which shows they truly care about both employers and maids. Highly recommend Summit Maid Agency for their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to getting things right even when faced with obstacles.
"I highly recommend this agency! Their agents are kind and approachable, especially Ma’am Cori. They give regular updates and answer all your questions clearly and thoroughly. As a first-timer in Singapore, I didn’t feel nervous because I knew I was in the right agency. They’re truly safe and reliable.

Summit Manpower's pricing is displayed at the $$ level on a package basis; contact them directly for a written breakdown. As a reference, placement fees across Singapore's maid agency market run S$1,500–3,500 for a new hire and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper. On top of the placement fee, factor in your helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy — S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if the household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Also confirm what's bundled into the package versus billed separately. Typical inclusions are mandatory FDW insurance (around S$300–600/year), the Settling-In Programme, the pre-employment medical examination, and Work Permit application fees. Disbursements billed on top can add S$300–600 to your total upfront cost. See the full maid agency cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold a MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on Summit Manpower's website, contracts, and invoices. However, no MOM EA Licence is currently listed in Summit Manpower's KakiList profile — you should ask the agency to provide their licence number directly and cross-check it on the MOM EA directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have demonstrated stronger compliance and complaint-handling records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the helper absconds or the agency folds, and can void your FDW insurance. Confirming the licence before signing anything is a non-negotiable first step. Summit Manpower holds a 4.9/5 rating across 271 Google reviews and is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified, which are positive signals, but they do not substitute for a confirmed EA Licence.
Standard replacement windows across Singapore's maid agency market run approximately six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or two replacements included within the fee. Ask Summit Manpower to specify the exact window, how many replacements are covered, and what circumstances void the guarantee — for example, whether it distinguishes between a documented skills or compatibility mismatch versus a change of mind after the settling-in period. Also clarify the early-termination process if the placement breaks down outside the guarantee window. The household bears the cost of the repatriation flight, any unused MOM levy refund paperwork, and Work Permit cancellation. Additional replacement placements after the guarantee expires typically attract a further placement fee. Get the replacement and refund terms in writing before signing the agency contract. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
