Engaged Swift Interior Design directly for my resale flat renovation after meeting Willy in the first round. He was straightforward in recommending cost-saving solutions, and was patient and responsive to enquiries. We went through a few rounds to perfect the design on paper and started renovation the next day after collecting the keys. During the renovation, which lasted about 2.5 months, Jacko, the on-site project manager, was extremely responsive and helpful with everything that happened on site. Photo and video updates were sent at each stage of the progress. Rectifications were done promptly whenever feedback was given, and out-of-scope help was offered to ensure everything turned out well. The final design outcome also matched the planned design 1:1. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I engaged Swift Design for my renovation project and worked with Willy as the interior designer and project manager. Overall, the experience was positive. Willy is fairly responsive, provides practical suggestions, and generally delivers what he promises. The project turned out well and aligned with what we discussed. While I would have appreciated more proactive input and clearer structure during the project, everything was completed as planned and the outcome met my expectations. Swift Design is a solid choice, and I’m happy with how the project turned out.

Engaged Swift Design for my BTO renovations and met up with Willy right after receiving the keys. My priority/target for Willy was to complete the renovation by 2 months and he delivered with the help of him project manager Sean who helped to solve every complaints/workmanship that we encountered. The carpentry work was good. Some things that I think they can improve was that as renovation contractors, they should provide the customers their expertise by giving more suggestions for the customer to decide. Overall experience is ok for me. Thanks for the work/follow ups done.
